    We had an outstanding experience at Beaverbrooks in High Wycombe, thanks to Georgina’s exceptional service. Our wedding bands are beautiful and top-notch quality. Georgina was incredibly professional and thorough. She made the entire process so easy and enjoyable, even going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, including arranging the engravings. When we returned from our honeymoon, we were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful card from her in the post. It was such a kind gesture and made us smile. Georgina provided the best customer service we could have asked for, and we can definitely recommend this store!

    Went into this jewellers today and was served by a lovely salesperson named Marta. She really knew a lot of information about the rings we were looking at and when the ring I thought I wanted wasn't what I thought she showed me some rings which I really liked. She was really patient with me and passionate about what she was doing and I am really grateful to her because I was too distracted by the sparkly rings, luckily my partner was very attentive to her. Thank you so much Marta for also telling me my ring size and explaining how it should fit. Would 100% recommend this jewellers.

    Just received some wonderful service from Marta. She was welcoming, professional and friendly and showed me a beautiful selection of jewellery that fit the description for what I wanted. The service at Beaverbrooks is always excellent and I always leave with beautiful items I have fallen in love with!

    The service at this shop cannot be faulted. We went in looking for engagement rings and Dan brought out a great selection to try. He really listened to my requirements and likes and was very patient and knowledgeable about the stock and different designs. We ended up choosing the ring from this store and went in a few days after to order and the ladies that helped us (sorry didn't catch their names) were very attentive and helpful and so patient I didn't feel rushed at all. The service is truly 10/10 and I can't think of how they could improve it. Fantastic shop and I feel like I'll be looked after in the future if any problems arise with my ring or purchase. Excited to have started my ring journey here :)

    Not impressed at all with the service especially when the client spends a large amount of money on a designer watch ( Gucci). I took my watch to the Westfield Centre, (Stratford) on the 22nd of August, to have it sent off for polishing following an incident which caused a scratch through no fault of my own.I was told by the lady in question to pay Β£100 upfront for the polishing service, and I was fine with it having the scratch softened if the repair Gucci centre could not remove the scratch out totally, which is also what the staff member told me they would do. I was told, the lead time would be 6 to 8 weeks and was also informed that I would be contacted either by email or telephone. However, this is my 8th week and no contact AT ALL from Beavetsbrook?. So drove all the way to Stratford to question the matter and found out only today 10th October that Beaversbrook had been contacted by Gucci on the 26th of September and were informed by Gucci that they were unable to polish the watch and that I would need a new case and battery and had to pay Β£260? So from the 26th of September to the 10th of October, nobody from Beaversbrook had the decency to ring me, the client, to inform me of such outcome. The lady whom I spoke to today just did not know what to say and kept saying they had not contacted me because they wanted to investigate why Gucci were asking for such an amount - this obviously did not make sense as she told me already why they wanted the extra Β£260, so she knew the reason, as Gucci had told them, and she read their email to me, she just did not know what to say as there was no excuse whatsoever on their behalf for not telling me.....the real truth is they did not seem to care and consequently forgot to tell me. I am really cross and simply want my watch back as I have a wedding next week, but my to my dismay the member of staff ( who's name I will not mention) told me it would take another 2 weeks to have my watch and worse still, she then said 4th of November as this is what it says on the receipt but this would mean that the lead time then is not 6-8 weeks but 3 months? I think the member who dealt with the matter in first instance put the incorrect date on my receipt, otherwise it simply goes way above their lead time? I demanded my Β£100 refund which they gave me and also demanded that I get my watch back ASAP seeing that they caused the problem and inconvenience. The lady however, insisted that it was not possible but she saw that both my husband and I got really cross so she then told us she would phone Gucci and would let me know within half an hour the outcome. She then rings me whilst at the shopping centre as agreed, only to be told that she had sent an email and not phoned Gucci because "apparently" Beaversbrook are not given the Gucci repair centre phone number and that they can only email them? So as matters stand now, she awaits a reply from Gucci repair centre but also told me she does not know when this will be? So in conclusion, I have no idea when I will be reunited with my watch !!!! Appalling service all around, I feel totally let down especially as I have bought other designer items and was going to do so today but this incident has completely put me off and as such I will no longer shop at Beaversbrooks nor will I recommend it!
