   A big fat thumbs down for PoolsPlus. Poor advice and poor customer service, I wont be going back again. Went in for shock treatment chemical for our pool and was pushed into buying a different product than I requested as it was supposed to be twice as good. The shock treatment had very little effect and 2 days later I had to return and buy the original chemical, which worked fine. I was told I needed to speak to the boss about a refund. When I did I was basically told it was tough and they take no responsibility for their advice and definitely don’t give refunds.
