   Don’t really know what I’m paying for at this point. Half the cardio machines are always out of order and never seem to get fixed. So even when the gym is not that busy you have to wait ages to use one which is not good when you only have a set amount of time due to childcare. Very VERY FRUSTRATING. They need to sort this out or they will loose so many to the new pure gym!

   Atrocious leisure centre. Take money for services not rendered for children’s swimming lessons where the fault is not yours. Always cancelling lessons and teaching standards are a lot to be desired. Dirty facilities. Spend your money wisely elsewhere.

   If you've got a toddler this is such a good place to take them swimming! The floor raises up so there's a nice gradient to play in. They provided toys and floats an it was only £6 for me as my toddler was free! Absolute bargain

   Absolute joke of a facility. Always a lottery whether the pool is open or not. The pool is often closed due to a number of maintenance issues and never provides any notice other than a whiteboard in reception when you get there! Do not join, save your money and time. Go elsewhere. Have lost count how many times I have got up to go swimming only to arrive at a closed pool. Yet another issue today, arrived at the pool for my regular swim only to be told our lane was closed due to lifeguard training (this happened the other week but we were told was a one off…apparently not!). Again, no communication to us regular swimmers or members and zero ownership from the management team. Somebody somewhere made the decision to close the lane meaning congested lanes, without updating website (the pool do not control the website which is really helpful). Have tried to go lane swimming the last three days and have two of the three have had issues. Will be cancelling my membership now, have had enough!

   This has been perfect for me to attend morning swimming, with family and work I only have 2 mornings a week (at 6am starts) to swim. my family also enjoyed toddler swim as the deep end was raised to be very shallow.

   Pretty much what you would expect from a small leisure centre. Has most things for a cheaper price... Though it is always a little frustrating when facilities are sub par compared to premium places, still you get what you pay for. Would recommend. In addition to this I have heard as part of most memberships you are able to go to Basingstoke gym too, which is a bigger more advanced facility, so it's nice to have this option.

   It is a shame to leave a bad review as the staff are lovely but I used the sauna and, although it did the job, the members in there informed me that the steam room and jacuzzi had been broken since before the lockdowns. The air conditioning is also broken. All the vending machines seemed to no longer be working as well as a few pieces of equipment in the gym that gave no date they would be fixed by, rather just saying “asap”. I used the gym and there is a very limited amount of equipment, with there was only a single set of plates in a few different weights, so if one person was using them then nobody else could.

   Friendly reception staff. Despite signs asking people to remove shoes before entering pool changing rooms, several visitors stomped in in outdoor footwear. Toilets a bit grubby. Group exercise room has mirrors which need a good polish. Overall, a bit dirty, and needs staff to be a bit more engaged in keeping areas clean and welcoming.

   It is a nice enough swimming pool as a building , but staff are awful. The young lads speak to adult woman with no manners and rude . The staff are always chatting . Paying little attention. Cubicles smell quite often like people have wee on floor .
