   We go there just for the excellent gym but the parking is limited during peak times because of the parents picking their children up.

   It's a nice gym, but there are issues, it's situated on the back of a school, so after 3pm you get the kids and most of them cause trouble and mess about with the kit, there's no gym etiquette, plates don't get returned and bars and machines get left with loaded weights. Locker rooms are OK and the sauna/steamrooms are good, but people will leave empty bottles in there. I've spoke to staff a couple of times about these issues and they've assured me things will be enforced... nothing has happened as of yet. Also, lock your stuff up in the changing rooms, I've seen kids move people stuff around to different lockers, I've fell short of this and someone has stolen my headphones case.

   A good size gym, cheap price but filthy. Absolutely no chance that any level of deep cleaning occurs. Every photo below is a different machine. I can't believe they have ever seen a cloth and spray down

   Run by kids for kids. This place has really taken a turn for the worst. The evenings are like a circus of 6th formers and riff raff having a social while hogging the equipment and the weekend mornings are like a teenage soft-play for the school kids from next door. It has become a sad place. Many of the quality customers are now going elsewhere. It’s gone seriously downhill since the pandemic.

   Friendly gym and instructors, always willing to answer questions. Yes it's not all bright lights and ultra shinny new equipment, but weights lift, equipment moves and get the chance to sit in the steam room after! I'm currently PTing with MONIQUE SIMONS after asking which PT might be best for my let's say challenging aray of issues. I asked for hard core and push my limits and after a couple of sessions geting to know me and my bodies limitations - Monique knocked it out of the park today for me! Yeah to sledges, battle ropes and slam balls ! oh and TRX ideas I'd never known existed!!

   Since joining I have been accused of not putting my weights away (they weren’t mine I ALWAYS do) accused of being a PT (I was helping a friend lacking confidence and showing how to use the machines due to the useless induction video) and now asked to put weights down gently on the 2 platforms designed for dropping weights…all in the space of 2 months

   It's an ok gym. Currently alot of equipment is broken which is a major inconvenience. The gym could have been designed better. Some equipment is by low ceilings so you have to be conscious of those when lifting anything above your head. The men's changing rooms also reek. I've now decided not to even go in them.

   Used Frogmore Leisure Centre for a game or two of badminton. Good booking system and quite reasonable prices. Only problem is some of the back wall is white in colour so a bit difficult to spot the shuttlecock to start with. So might be easier with yellow shuttlecocks. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
