Poor. Dog kong, not the size as expected, arrived in poor shape, poorly packaged, box stuck together internally with sellotape and externally covered in masking tape. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased.
Purchased items off their Ebay shop. Due to a deliberate lack of leaving crucial manufacturing information of the item description items were rendered useless. I would not have purchased if I had been given all the facts. More seriously was the lack of any form of remorse or any apology from the seller. Customer satisfaction is not on their priority list.
Unfortunately made the mistake of ordering from this site through Amazon. They were advertising 1 box containing 10 packs of snacks, the next thing I know I’ve been sent an email saying there was a mistake on the system( ???) and the box actually only contains 4 packs! Their error, they should have simply cancelled it and emailed me to explain why and apologise and all would have been fine- but no they sent it anyway, of course I didn’t want it but it took endless messages and calls to Amazon - they would not admit to Amazon that it was their error and I could not get them to email me a return postage label despite them being told by Amazon that is what they had to do!! In the end I escalated it with Amazon and they refunded me themselves NOT the store! So this store got away with sending goods that were not as advertised !Definitely never buy from them online. They made every excuse possible but they did not seem to understand the whole situation was of their making ! Really poor customer service could have been handled so much better than it was. Do not buy from them
Bought a present for the family dog at Christmas online as this was the cheapest place i had found. I am still waiting for the item to arrive. Tried contacting the seller twice. Had no response at all from them. Totally shocking customer service. Don't by off the internet from them.
The staff seemed miserable as sin, snapped when I asked if they were open, i couldn't tell as they still had the curtains up. And when I asked for a product was in stock, I did look first, and the woman behind the counter couldn't be bothered to look up and still snapped. I like to support the independent local businesses, even more so during these difficult times. I'll take my custom else where. There are other local pet stores around.
Great little stall. Always have nice treats and toys for my pooch. Staff are bubbly and friendly, especially Sarah. Highly recommend
This pet shop is very well stocked and is very competitive on price, with most prices being cheaper than pets at home. Brilliant
