Try calling them and it doesn’t even ring. Just says no one is available to answer your call. This is in the early afternoon. How unprofessional.
Always a quick service. I click & collect cat food. Also brought my new boy Kovu from there. Though I'm experienced with hamsters it good to get all the updated information which I was given. I like how they check cage sizes etc to make sure your new little friend will be happy
Pets @ home Ashby are a Fantastic team , and support us You 1st Emotional CIC as do Blue Cross. The staff are very helpful,polite and nothing is to much trouble. Thank You Team Ashby. Always been dubious buying fish from these stores but we got some beautiful platys, guppies and cherry shrimp from here in the last few months. Staff has always been really helpful and friendly and the fish are happy and healthy! Don't be put off by other stores practices, Ashby store really care about their tanks being in the best condition
Just want to say thank you to Jamie. Me and my partner were standing at the puppy food trying to work out which one to try next and he came over and had a really helpful conversation with us about some of the best brands (and the reasons why). We didn’t ask for help but he was more than happy to stand and chat to us about our pup and and helped us to pick a food based off of what we had said! Really pleased with the service! :)
Wanted to purchase some tropical fish.. 2 staff at tills. They said short staffed so cannot serve you.. but it's alright to stand there chatting to each other. So annoyed
I rang up to double check that the store had in stock the cool vests in all the sizes so our dog could try these on for fit. Was told all sizes were in stock and then when I got to the store there wasn’t the size we needed and was told ‘sorry we’ve only got what you can see out on display!!’ Staff were totally uninterested and were more bothered about getting back to their own conversation at the tills then giving good customer service.
Young man asked if I needed any help but I had what I wanted already. But as I went towards the til another young man and woman noticed the puppy food and informed me of the puppy club and showed me how to get our new pup coco on site and showed me how too save money on food and things. How lovely was that ,so caring and excellent service.
