   I booked my dog in for a full groom with Vanessa. I made it clear at the beginning of our communications that he is very anxious around other dogs and must be groomed alone. When we arrived, I phoned to double check that there were no other dogs around and Vanessa assured me that there were not. We entered the outbuilding and immediately realised that there was another dog in there which really stressed our dog out. She ushered our dog outside and proceeded to tell us that he's too big anyway and she won't be able to lift him, despite me telling her beforehand that he weighs 26kg. We ended up leaving with a very stressed dog and feeling disappointed that we'd had a wasted trip. We feel the entire experience was very unprofessional and communications were extremely poor.

   We took our bichon poodle to her yesterday to be groomed and she has virtually shaved all his fur off. It is horrendous and we are having to be very careful he doesnt burn as he is white. This is the 2nd time he has been and the first groom was lovely. What the hell happened? We are devastated. Just be warned.

   Took my retriever for the second time yesterday. He was happy to stay. Vanessa very friendly. She also has a retriever so is used to the breed. She did a good job and I would be happy to bring him back again.

   We have 3 Labrador Retrievers all taken in for a wash and trim! Absolutely brilliant service! Will come back many more times and bring friends! Vanessa is so good with our boys! x
