   I've been to Westmead more times than I can count and it's always a pleasure! My dog always comes back socialised and happy, as he receives multiple walks, social play with other dogs, and check-ins by staff that love him (no breed discrimination here!). The staff are incredible and always smiley and polite, Natalie in particular is an angel, but all of the staff are super caring and obviously love animals and love what they do! I highly recommend booking a tour to really get a feeling for the loving and positive environment they provide there!

   Great kennels. Taken my dogs here a few times now, one of our dogs has separation issues and the other is very nervous with other dogs, they both have alot of energy and are always ran well and I feel their needs are met and understood very well. Whenever we've had medication, it's always been given and they've been fed well. What more can you ask for from a busy kennels, the fact you have to book so far in advance should paint a good picture alone.

   Absolutely shocking kennels, poor facilities , using untrained staff and kids to look after people's pets , management are rude .my dog came home in a right state. The out buildings are crumbling and look like a lot of maintaince is needed , on my way round i notice no electrical items are tested for safety and electrical heayers and appliances are near where dogs could urinate and potentially cause electrical issues .

   My dog has been to Westmead for his holidays since he was a year old & I know he is being well cared for in my absence. He has medication & his own food for his allergies, so I give the staff written instructions regarding his food intake & medication. They are diligent, experienced & love the animals in their care.

   We have been taking our current dog Bourbon to westmead for just over 2 years. The staff know and love him. The kennels are very clean and welcoming for the pet. The price daily is more than reasonable, the staff are lovely and take the time to listen if there is anything they need to know about the pet. He has 2 walks a day. We have also used westmead kennels previously for my other did Milo and again, these were the old owners there was definitely no complaints. Would definitely recommend.
