   The attitude of the customer care team really, really lets this company down. I ordered a Christmas gift from this store and it has not dispatched in the timeframe promised. The way the customer care team spoke to me on the phone when I queried this is very disappointing. One staff member in particular has a sour attitude and was very argumentative. Due to this experience I would never consider shopping here again and would advise others to shop elsewhere if they can.

   I ordered a bunch of cardio kit for my small group PT gym and the service was top notch. The store manager Dorian was very helpful and kept me updated whenever I had any questions. The best customer service I've had this year and then it is great too, clients are loving it!

   Callum and the team were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming for both of our visits into their shop. Nothing beats customer service face to face for us, and I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Their store is filled with a huge variety of equipment you can physically see and try from their website, they allow you to try the kit and help you with all their product knowledge. With a genuine and high quality local service, along with highly competitive pricing, the service Fitshop is providing is second-to-none.

   Live chat with an actual person (David) in store giving good advice and arranging to come and see the treadmills they have. Callum in the store was helpful and gave plenty of time to answer our questions without pressure. So good to be able to go in and see the machines and not have to risk purchasing straight from the internet. Looking forward to receiving the treadmill in the near future. Would highly recommend on our experience so far. Thanks

   We were looking for a cross trainer and Taylor was very helpful with her advice. We tried a few on the shop floor and glad we did not shop online because we ended up not liking the one we would have chosen if buying online. The pricing was also very competitive with online shopping. Personal follow up service from Lisa was also great on installation date and others. Top notch service. I recommend to physically visit the store for your expensive purchase so that you get to try first and getting the advice from experienced staff.

Your customer focus and service is second to none and I cannot highly recommend you and the Aberdeen store. Purchased the Bodymax B15 and am very impressed at the high quality and reasonable price. Now it is time to get fit.

   Went looking for a specific product but after talking with the staff that could relate to my needs through their own experience I came away with something different and have to say that’s it’s worked brilliantly.
