   I’ve always believed that “a customer’s loyalty is earned every day, not inherited from yesterday.” I have used this cattery before and always felt my cat was well cared for. However, I recently shared some feedback, hoping it would be received constructively. Unfortunately, it was met with defensiveness, and my future booking was cancelled as a result, something I found both unexpected and disappointing. I also acknowledge that I regret some of the things I said in response, which were spoken defensively in the heat of the moment, and for those I apologise. However, customer feedback, even when imperfectly expressed, should be welcomed, valued, and respected. Without it, businesses risk losing touch with what matters most to their customers, and before long, their reputation begins to suffer. As Simon Sinek says, “The moment you think you’re too important for feedback is the moment you start becoming irrelevant.” I hope this experience serves as a reminder of the importance of openness, humility, and consistent customer care in maintaining trust and long-term relationships.

   We sent our kitten for 3 nights and she absolutely loved it, got the feeling she didn’t want to come home! Felt so comfortable going away and leaving Mabel with them, they were so helpful before answering lots of questions too!

   First time using Maple Tree Cattery and I was hugely impressed. I find putting out cat Skittles in a cattery a stressful time and using a new one even more so. On arrival all my feelings of stress disappeared, it was clear that the owners really cared about your cats stay and I felt immediately at ease and comfortable leaving her with them. The website made booking very easy and there is a genuine feeling that they love having your furry friend over to stay. They were a genuine pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

   Emma and the rest of the team go above and beyond and you can tell they are truly cat people who care about the well being and comfort of their furry guests, as well as the humans who put them there. Emma is always willing to give reassurances, provide the car your cats need and there's even a little camera so you can check in with them during their stay. We've used them several times and will continue to do so for a long time yet.

   First time using a cattery with my rescue so I was a little nervous about how he'd settle in. As soon as you're greeted you can tell the level of care all of the animals receive and I was immediately put at ease. You get a live view on camera and even get to interact with them. My Bowie had his own little holiday! I'd recommend this cattery again and again xxx

   Top class service, these guys are passionate about your pets, really well looked after, pampered and spoilt. The camera is a brilliant idea, so you can watch, monitor and interact with you pets while your away. One of my cats is very timid, they spent time with him so he could get used to his surroundings, they updated me and even sent me a piccy of him

   Met Emma who owns maple tree cattery. She showed us round the suites obviously they were brand new but liked the way they were all tiled floor separate sleeping area with panelled heater,the sides were all pvc glazed with lovely pictures on them everything wipeable easy to keep clean,there were all different levels for the cats to choose where to lie,beds blankets,cat towers,whatever comfort you wanted for your cats to have.there was also an interactive camera so we could look anytime while we were away even give them a treat with the app on your phone.Our cats stayed in the snug retreat lots of toys changed daily ,lots of attention from Emma playing games and petting them,food Inculded of our choice. Emma also sent pictures and videos when we couldn't get on the camera due to the signal where we were.We will definitely be using the cattery again this year and have no reservations in leaving our loved furrbies in Emma's care.
