   Kristy was were pleasant to speak with and it was easy to book an appointment, sadly we missed it. Called in to apologise for missed appointment and her colleague Charli picked up the phone.... Now we are looking for new groomer because of her horrible customer service... Kristy, please reconsider letting your colleague Charli dealing with customers. And im leaving you 5* because you was wery nice and polite over the the phone. I apologise that we wasn't able to show up.
