I use this shop on a regular basis. The lady that works in there is always so helpful and friendly, great with helping to send my parcels or picking them up. The two guys that work mainly in the evenings are the same - very helpful. Very straight forward with sending and receiving my parcels. Thank you!
This review is regarding previous review from Preetansha Kesharwani! This was utter rubbish , firstly I work in a shop as well which takes undelivered parcels. Often customers are told they have been delivered to shop by courier when in fact they haven't arrived yet. Sometimes it's days after that parcel comes. All the lady was trying say is the customer needs to email Evri herself. The women lost the plot and ran outside to get husband who came into shop and was very intimidating towards a women who was in fact alone . I came in with my son and daughter and was disgusted with both of their behaviours. We have lived in area for the last eleven years and have never had ANY!!!!!! issues in that shop. Very great staff. Coming daily to drop off my parcels. Never have any problems at all. Lady usually meet with smile and without any issues take all my parcels. Satpal knows my all steps , with care take my all parcels, so I’m happy to come to this store daily. Love this store because they have all drop off points in one place and I don’t need to go for a separate place. Working hours is very convenient Thank you
Barbaric is an understatement for the arrogant lady in the Shop. She always misbehaves but this time she made up a story and refused to give 3 expensive parcel from John lewis/evri. (Showing delivered 2 days back by Evri tracking) Created a big ruckus and didn’t accept other parcel which we were suppose to drop. Looking at the other google reviews looks like this is her usual behaviour with most of the customers, would suggest others to opt home delivery instead of pickup/drop off from this shop. AVOID going to this shop at anycost
Every time I take a parcel, the extremely rude woman behind the counter refuses to take it due to the small capacity of the shop. Then why have you agreed to take them if you can't accommodate a large amount of parcels ? I then have a 6 mile round trip to take it to another store. I have taken this up with Yodel. I will never set foot in this shop again!
Awesome life savers! Took my Evri parcels after trying lots of other places that wouldn’t take them! The nicest and most helpful people!
As a Evri collection point this company is terrible. They refused to take my parcel as it is too big, and they do not have the space!!3rd time I have attempted to drop a parcel with them, first two times they said their machine was not working even though they then accepted a smaller parcel, this time they just flat refused it....
DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE AN EVRI RETURN They don't take your parcels and make a decision on size, other than that staff are nice and friendly
Me and my pregnant wife stayed at about 15mins away, this was the ONLY shop available for miles so we took a walk to get some supplies seeing we were in the middle of nowhere. The shop is advertised as closing at 11pm we arrived at 10:15pm just to find the shop was completely shut on a Saturday night! Because of this we was left dying for water and supplies and my wife wasn’t happy at all. We ended up having to pay for cab miles just to get snacks and water. At least be honest with the opening times you publicly advertise this was a complete nightmare.
One of the best store in town. Customer service is exceptional very friendly staff and they have good quality products. They also offer DHL, Evri (Hermes), Collect Plus and Yodel services. Must visit to see for yourself.
