I had an outstanding experience at Miller’s Pharmacy. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to answer my questions with patience and care. They also have a well organised layout, making it easy to find what I needed. Plus, the pharmacy offers quick and efficient service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

When they're open, they're great. But they're rarely open! Today was the last straw. Checked the opening times, 9am - 6pm. Great. I have an appointment at 2pm, so I stopped on the way there to collect my prescription (which I've been without for a week so far, due to them being closed at the only time I could get there.....on a Saturday. What shop closes on a Saturday!?). So I arrived today, 1.25pm..... to find them closed for lunch!! So I'm now very late for my appointment because I can't be without my meds any longer. Hence I've now registered to have them delivered by another company. Wanted to support the village chemist but this is ridiculous!
I am very impressed with the service at this pharmacy, the girls are lovely and so helpful. I’m very grateful to have them in our village. Myself and others are very impressed with the different window displays in the chemist over the last couple of months as we think it adds a splash of colour to the little row of shops. It makes the chemist look very inviting and there is so many good deals in there from sun cream to perfume. We couldn’t ask for a nicer place in our village. Keep up your good work girls.
very helpful Staff. Pleasant shop. Lots if interesting bits and bobs that you didn't know you needed till you saw them.
I Attend the chemist regularly for meds over the years,the staff have become an extended family.They are very very kind polite ladies,always have time for you and very often are more effective than the local doctor at Barlaston old Road surgery.The girls have so much empathy I'm proud to have them in my corner...whilst the doctors on old Road is full off Rude receptionists and incompetent doctors who have NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER.God bless you ladies at kitsons
Best chemist around. The staff are always busy but they never fail to greet you and will always find time to help. They are also a fabulous listening ear if you need someone to talk to without feeling judged. I'd never go anywhere else anymore. Keep up the good work ladies. Xx
