Awful service waited 15 minutes before anyone even appeared from round the back.delightful women served me obviously out of her depth and hates the job
I keep asking lloyds pharmacy to leave off my cheap aspirin on my repeat prescription as l pay for them myself. I always leave the box unlocked but they always put the aspirin in the bag. I have now reported the issue to my doctors who are appalled by this .
Not brilliant. They’re my nominated pharmacy, but not for much longer. They seem to have the prescription fulfilled elsewhere, which sometimes can take up to a week, and when you look at the total waste of packaging you can see why we have a problem with plastic.
Extremely unprofessional - had the misfortune of having to pop in here to collect a Lloyds Direct repeat prescription as they were unable to fulfil for over a week, and therefore offered me this option. Pharmacist did not seem aware that I had remained in the store, and proceeded to make unfounded statements with just half a story. I had intended to purchase items when the prescription was ready, but instead had to make the lady serving aware that I had heard every word...whilst the pharmacist hid round the corner. I will not be returning to this store seeing as they shame you behind your back, and cannot just do the job they are paid to do. Disgusting.
Phoned the chemists on High St Wolstanton this morning for advice.Very helpful young lady took my call and asked the Pharmacist for advice about medication.Excellent service.I have my regular prescription from them and the staff are always helpful.
Very courteous and lovely staff, very helpful, a bit of a wait at times but it is in a good location and has a decent selection of products... I recommend it...
