   Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team for being so kind to me and my baby boy when we visited on Friday (28th November) when there was issues with the card machine. Amazing service from the staff and kindness from other customers too. I’ll be sure to pass it on.

   Lovely staff, they always go out of thier way to make you feel welcome, only reason it's not been given 5 stars is just because its always so hot with the air con being broken, but having said that I do have hyperhidrosis so it could just be me

   Absolutely disgusting staff. Witnessed a condescending behaviour to our elderly neighbours and being completely belittling. Previously heard them laughing about a patients problems that they have trusted to discuss with the pharmacist. Lost several of my prescriptions somehow - which is telling me there is something more untoward happening. I simply do not trust them with my prescriptions and definitely not patient confidentiality. This place needs shutting down and replacing with a reputable pharmacy. Stay clear and go to Sandbach if you can.

   Only given one star as have to give something! Slow service. Rude pharmacists. Gossiping staff. Items never available. Level of care has dropped through the floor in the last month or so. They are temp pharmacists and actually don't have any care towards patients. Cannot believe how poor this place has gone. The level of complaints in and around the village is crazy! Will drive into Sandbach to collect from now on! If you have half and hour and like the Karen experience then you may be okay here otherwise save yourself the annoyance and go somewhere else!

   I have always had positive experience at this pharmacy. Recently, due to a large order of medication, a member of staff even took the time to highlight all of the newer packets for me. I find the staff kind and helpful.

   Everytime I collect a prescription there is either something missing or its not ready. Discussions with fellow customers always mention similar problems. When is 5 days not long enough? Very disappointing.

   Pretty poor show... website quite clearly states open this Sunday 2-4pm. Several people waiting for you to.oprn up including your pharmacist, eventually all have given up. At 2.30pm
