I can't put into words how grateful I am for the rapid response and help we got from safe heating solutions when we lost out hot water and heating recently.    Jamie is extremely professional from start to finish. Firstly he actually replied to our telephone call to request a quote. He promptly came the next day at the time arranged to measure up for our new radiators and provided a quote the following day ! He worked non stop the day of the installation and left everywhere clean and tidy for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone and will be having him again in the future.

   Jamie was quick to respond to our request for a quote to upgrade our en-suite bathroom. Having previous experience of this company when replacing our central heating boiler we knew Jamie to be professional, knowledgeable and honest. He and Stuart certainly went the extra mile in installing us a complete new suite…..a much improved shower and cubicle, toilet, vanity unit and heated towel rail. As we are old they even laid the flooring for us! They are a pleasure to have in anyone’s home…helpful, respectful and methodical in everything they do and before they leave they clear everything up so you can sit back and enjoy the results of their hard work.

   Excellent service provided by Jamie who was very professional from the get go. We inherited a boiler in poor condition which was down to a bad installation. It was really important to have a good installation for the new boiler to ensure no problems for the future. Jamie instilled confidence with his thorough approach when he came out to give a non-obligation quote compared to other gas engineers and everything was very well explained. Our new boiler instillation was complex due to the boiler location and very long flue which meant costs were slightly higher than a standard instillation but this was made easy by spreading the payments out over 3 months interest free. Credit has to be given to Leonie who was very helpful in getting a date booked in and sending the invoices over promptly. On the day of the instillation on a very hot day, Jamie did a fantastic job of everything and was very knowledgeable in explaining things along the way. As a part of the professional service we received, we also booked our annual service for next year. We couldn’t be more happy with our brand new Vaillant EcoTec Plus boiler! I highly recommend Safe Heating Solutions as you will get a professional, trustworthy and friendly service. I’ve even got my brother’s boiler service now booked in with Jamie and he is definitely my choice for all gas/boiler problems in the future! Thank you Jamie and Leonie

   We've had Jamie out a few times for various things (boiler services, a hob replacement, smart meter fitting and a new boiler installation) and won't use anyone else now! Communication is good, payment is easy and Jamie worked with us to choose a good quality boiler that was within our budget when our old one broke down and we were struggling. Polite, on time and tidy, he works really hard and explains everything. Great local family run business to support.

He quickly identified the issues and rectified the problems and also installed a new boiler. He’s friendly, safety conscious and very informative of all the work hes doing as he goes along.
