   Just had 2 en-suite bathrooms updated. Chris & Marcus were outstanding, helpful & considerate of our needs. The work carried out is of excellent quality. Dan came out & did the site survey & also called a couple of times during the work to check we were happy with everything being done. Can’t recommend Pride plumbers enough. Wouldn’t use any other company, always on hand if we need help & advise.

   I have used Pride Plumbing for about 15 years now. Good trades people are hard to find and these guys aren’t good, they are amazing. The people themselves are kind, caring, genuine and respectful. When we’d had a baby 6 years ago and our boiler had broken, the team said it was no problem and came out at the weekend to replace the system, this was early December when their books were full during the week and there was no extra charge (Ant and Mark). On a recent 4 day boiler job (different house), the team worked with my next baby’s naps, they tried to keep noise to a minimum until he woke up. When communicating with each other they talked, no shouting instructions, certainly no bad language as I have found with others in the past (Dan). When fitting pipe work for a utility area the work was flawless, you wouldn’t have known they’d been. There was nothing that even needed touching up. They worked well with other trades people, who were at the house and when one of them caused a problem by putting some nails through a pipe I got a phone call explaining the problem (from Pride Plumbing not the people who made the error) and explained they could fix it whilst they were there and what the cost would be (Jake). These are the most genuine trades people I have ever worked with and why I would always call upon them for my needs. They provide quality and expertise, for a cost, but you won’t ever regret getting in touch. Sharon, in the office, is a great first port of call: friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful, getting you what you need and keeping you up to date with progress, when relevant. Thank you Pride Plumbing for the years of service.

   Fair pricing and extremely helpful team. Had a new boiler and the installation was great, mess free and kind staff. Felt comfortable with them coming in to do work and will use them in future. Used this company for a while and a never had any issues and the team help as much as they can to fix any issues. Their response time to my issues has always been prompt. 100% Recommend to anyone.

   I can not speak highly enough regarding pride plumbing. Everything from the rapid turnaround time with the call out to my boiler breaking down,to the new installation. Mark was great and talked me through all my options and Jake, the installer was very professional, tidy and friendly. It's refreshing to deal with a company that isn't just interested in your money but customer care and satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use pride plumbing again and would happily recommend to friends and family 5 stars.

   Pride Plumbing totally refurbished my bathroom which hadn’t been touched for over 40 years. It was in a shocking state and presented many challenges. As a woman on her own, it is important to feel comfortable with workmen in the house. From the start, Anthony , the office staff, and Chris who installed the bathroom, were professional, on time, respectful and dealt politely with my questions. The end result is superb, far beyond my expectation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pride Plumbing, especially to a woman alone.

   We called pride after being let down by someone else in the fitting of our 3 new bathrooms. Very professional service from start to finish. Any queries we had were answered and fully explained so we understood throughout the entire process. The guys who came to do the work were all respectful to us and our home. They arrived on time every morning and put in a decent amount of hours each day. The attention to detail was outstanding and we are thoroughly pleased with the final result. We wanted a 5 star service and that's what we got. It's true you do get what you pay for ! Definitely wouldn't have a problem in recommending pride plumbing to anyone else and we will be calling them whenever we need any more work doing. Thanks to all involved and well done on such a good job.

   Excellent communication from quotation to finishing the job and supplying the appropriate paperwork. The team did a great job fitting the new boiler, TRVs and adjusting the pipework. The new kit and how to use it was explained to me and the work area was left nice and clean. I would highly recommend Pride Plumbing Services Ltd and will definitely be using them again for any future work.

   Pride Plumbing installed a central heating system for me and I have to say thoroughly impressed me at every stage. Excellent advice from Anthony on what would work best for my house and he was fast to deal with any queries I had. The team who carried out the work were amazing. They were very skilled, always on time and took great pride in their work. They were easy to talk to and kept me informed at every stage.
