My 13pin plug was damaged. Martin was able to fit me into his schedule the next day to fit a new plug. He also noticed my breakaway cable was damaged and replaced it. Very professional, very prompt service. Will definitely be using again,
I am so so grateful for and ridiculously impressed with Martin!!! I happened upon him by chance whilst searching Google to find a mobile caravan specialist and I'm so glad I did. I honestly can't recommend this chap enough, he did an incredible job on the caravan service and he's so knowledgeable. Martin provided a thorough service with reports for us. He spent some time patiently explaining the way we could deal with a few issues.He also spent a good deal of time carrying out our service and we thought this showed how thorough he was. We are confident in his report and shall use him again for both a service and advice should we need it.
Martin did a full service on our tourer caravan today, providing us with a full written service report at the end, which provides peace of mind that the van is roadworthy and in the best condition. This is our second time using Derwent Caravan Services, as last year Martin did a fabulous fix on our roof which had 2 hairline cracks, extremely pleased to say the fix was very successful as no damp whatsoever in our van at this service. Very happy with the service we received and will definitely be using Martin in the future for all our caravan needs.
We had Martin come out to us today for a full annual caravan service, he provided a full in depth 4 page report for us. We are very happy with the service we have received and will definitely be using Martin again! I feel I must add that we brought our caravan 6 weeks ago and Martin was fully booked and could not fit us in until the end of April, I explained we was planning a weekend away at the beginning of April, Martin went above and beyond to fit our service in, in time for our trip away, Thank you.
