   Was really looking forward to visiting, managed finally to do so. The three staff were more interested in their own conversation and phones than the job they are there to do. Arrived 10.45 sunday so they ought know its one of busiest days. Managed to get a womans attention to get a fish and advice, she couldnt wait to get back to chat station. Disappointed. Ive found similar customer experiences in most other aquatic shops, its a shame. Very arrogant, unhelpful and rude.

   Staff here always very helpful and it amazes me how they are all really clued up on everything. Any time I feel unsure about something with my koi or tortoise I give them a quick call and there always very helpful.

   I have used Southern Aquatics for years and they never fail to amaze me with their knowledge and friendly staff. You won't find a better specialist nearby. Just a couple of the fish and a prawn I have from there. Too many fish to photograph them all!

   I had already did my homework, and brought a aquarium 80 led tank, staff where polite, plenty of fish to look at, perhaps next time I visit, will definitely take a closer look. Very pleased with the product, great start up tank, has everything that you need. Easy to set up.

   This shop is great, a lovely selection of fish and corals. Happy to do a deal with you if you spend a little bit. Selection of equipment and parts is second to none. Marine Lady is lovely, will be happy to sort any issues! This place is a little way out for me but I make the trip every time.
