   I had an absolutely amazing experience during my recent visit! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I went in for a nose piercing, and he walked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. He also suggested a helix piercing, saying it would really suit me — and he was completely right, I’m obsessed with both! He explained everything clearly, including the healing process and aftercare, and I’ve already recommended him to my friends. A gent with blonde hair and fabulous makeup In the past, I’d had an unpleasant experience when I tried to get a refund — the old manager I believe as I asked for the manger was very abrupt, rude, and refused to help me before just walking off. It’s amazing to see how much the service has improved since then. This visit completely changed my view of the store — such a positive experience!

   Actually, gutted that I have to leave this review because I have both positive and negative feedback. My daughter wanted her nose pierced and we went into the shop and it was relatively busy, but it wasn’t too bad. Now just a sidenote I actually work in hospitality and have retail managerial experience so I know how difficult it can be so I’m trying not to be too harsh. However customer service is paramount - even if you are having a bad day because negativity is sadly contagious. There was a lady behind the counter and we went up to ask about the nose piercing (had glasses) and a guy cut in front of us as well as another woman. So I had mentioned to a staff member that 2 People had cut in front of me And I got a really sarcastic response “ Well, you weren’t technically in the queue as you were still doing your consent form”. Yet proceeded to serve the person who cut in front of us. She then proceeded to put piercing things such as antibacterial spray into a bag and then charged me £32 but didn’t explain whether that purchase was optional or not. I did think for a nose piercing that was extortionate, but because of how shocked I was, I didn’t really say anything. My daughter was really wanting it done so I just went with it. We were then told that somebody was already having a piercing done so that we had to wait by the chair which we did, but there was no one actually sat in it. I went back to the tills to find out who was going to do the piercing and there was this really lovely lady who did my daughter’s nose. She was very thorough and actually very polite and very apologetic. I’m not sure if we were overcharged or whatever. My daughter is happy with her piercing, but I’m not impressed at all with the first ladies treatment of me. Working in hospitality, you’re going to have people that are upset with the treatment of how you treat them. So maybe in the future, even if you’re having a bad day, just remember that we’re all human And please explain what somebody is purchasing before charging them. Remember, I could have been a mystery shopper and you absolutely would not have done very well on that. I also if your company has an audit system, They would not have taken very well to that either. I’m sorry, I had to leave this review, but I think You would rather someone like me leave a review than a mystery shopper! Thank you.

   The staff at this shop are phenomenal! Truly the best care and support of my daughter who had her ears pierced for the first time today and the staff were so kind and caring. My daughter was nervous and the staff calmed her down and made her feel at ease. Truly amazing. One very happy 10 year old.
