   Had a great day today in Marks workshop, I highly recommend. Mark is a great teacher and is incredibly knowledgeable. He clearly cares about his craft and sharing his passion for creating, I’ve been to several different workshops over the years and this was by far the best. It was tailored to my skill set and interests. The whole experience was fantastic value for money and very inspiring … already planning my next visit. In the meantime I can’t wait to practise !

   Today myself and my friend had a fabulous experience with silversmith Mark. His patience and talent teaching us skills he has learnt over the years was amazing Precious Leaving with some beautiful silver items which we never expected. Didn’t feel intimidated at all having no previous experience. Mark was so friendly and Terri looked after us with nice mugs of tea. Can’t recommend enough. This was a Mother’s Day and birthday treat and one we will never forget Thank you Mark

   Mark deserves all the praise I can give him. He's an absolute master of his craft. We spent a whole day learning about the art of ring-making which led to us creating our very own wedding rings. He is a passionate teacher. His enthusiasm for the ring-making process elevated the experience monumentally. The whole day was amazing and so reasonably priced. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Thank you Mark!

   My fiancé and I attended Marks workshop on the 8th December 2024 to make our own wedding bands. From the first day I reached out to Mark with this idea he was supportive and helpful, sending us through pictures of rings others had made to give us ideas and inspiration of what we could create. When we arrived we were taken to the workshop in his garden. It was well kitted out and presented professionally. We were taught so many techniques and reminded that we could experiment how we wanted and we could change our ideas as we developed our piece. Mark was amazing at showing us techniques and helping us out but also knowing when to step back to allow us to do things independently. A whole days workshop was filled with education, fun and great conversation. I cannot recommend Mark and his business enough! Him and his partner were so lovely and treated us so well. Thank you for an amazing day!

   I can't recommend a jewellery making workshop with Mark highly enough. My mum and I had the most brilliant day. Mark is a excellent teacher, we were complete beginners and he took us through every step, showing us what to do and guiding and encouraging us to complete our pieces entirely ourselves. We learnt so many techniques! Mark helped us to choose the designs we liked best and create completely unique jewellery. My mum is a bit of a perfectionist, Mark recognised this and took extra time with her to measure and line up the silver stamps just right so she would be really happy with what she made. I wanted to make a gift for a loved one and Mark went over and above to help me make something a bit more complex and I am so excited by the final product. We opted to have the lunch and Terri treated us to a lovely lunch of sandwiches, pastries, and cake - plus lots of tea throughout the day! We had a really happy day, with cheery, relaxed conversation tinkering away in Mark's treasure trove of a workshop. Thank you so much!!

   Had a fantastic day at one of Mark,s jewellery making classes, he explained with patience, every aspect of creating beautiful jewellery. I was able to make two beautiful rings, a pair of earrings and was even able to have two of my own rings adjusted to size. The buffet lunch was absolutely delicious, I would highly recommend Mark,s classes to anyone of any age, it was great value for money, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

   As a family of four, we booked on to one of Mark's one-day workshops, and had a truly fantastic time. We each made a silver ring and then in the afternoon we had the chance to branch out, and made pendants and more rings. Mark was patient, creative and helpful throughout, explained how the science of things worked and made sure that we tried lots of different techniques. Highly recommended.
