Millie was so helpful and friendly- a wonderful warm welcome on a cold day. Coffee was lovely and tapas was deceptively filling. Apologies for the spoon mark - I couldn’t resist the creamy froth!!

Upon entering the Lounge, the atmosphere created by the interior decorating and the staff was warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff around and we were greeted quickly and welcomed into the Lounge. When getting drinks, this was done efficiently and quickly with the staff being polite at all times. I ordered a large selection of Tapas all of which were tasty and free of issues, the restaurant itself was tidy and well kept and therefore I have no complaints whatsoever.
Great ambience. Quick service and the food was fantastic. The online ordering was a bit messy for our table as we were a group of families where each family ordered their own food. Might have been useful to simply ask for the order number instead of asking who ordered what as there were some similarities of the food ordered across families.
Just had an awesome vegan meal here and loved it! The food was super tasty, and the portions were generous—definitely felt satisfying without being too heavy. You can tell they put care into the flavors and presentation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for solid vegan options that don’t compromise on taste!
This was a great experience. One of those nights where you're really hungry. The service was excellent, quick, polite, and friendly. Furthermore, the atmosphere was excellent and there was a great choice of music playing at a reasonable volume. The food was also great. And perfect portion sizes for a normal person, only faced disappointment when I realised my aforementioned hunger was too great for this meal. 10/10 would dine again!
12.09.2022 Lovely place for lunch. Watch the world pass by. Reasonably priced food and so delicious. Easy to order through the app. Kitsch decor inside, clean toilets. Would recommend and return. Apparently it used to be an Argos, restaurant is nice.
I visited with my partner for an afternoon meal, and I was very disappointed. You have to order from the website, which is not great or easy, and if I wanted to order from an app I would do it at home from my couch, and I especially wouldn't give a tip without having any service first. Then the meal also took 30 minutes to arrive at our table, which in the mean time my boyfriend went to the bar to ask for a cappuccino, because through the website obviously things weren't very quick or easy. I had tapas and my boyfriend had the chorizo hash, for which he really enjoyed it and that's why this review is a 3 and not a 2. My tapas were the buttermilk fried chicken, quesadilha spicy beef, mozzarella arancini. It all tasted like fast food, had a lot of bread on it, and the quesadilla was swimming in oil, I definitely wouldn't recommend that. Very disappointed.
Lovely food. I' m actually Italian, I've worked near this place for 2 weeks and literally came here like 8 times to eat lunch. Lovely food and nice staff!!! Definitely try the Tapas! Deserved 5 stars at least! Greetings from Italy :)
I went with 4 friends for brunch - let's be honest, we all just wanted an all day breakfast ;). Food was tasty cafe-like breakfast, sausage slightly burnt. The Cocktail was good too. The menunhas great value. It was easy to order for couples or individuals. Each couple and myself placed our own orders, multiple orders via the app is easy too.
