   We dropped our beloved 12 year old girl for her first cattery stay for 15 nights. I was incredibly nervous and I was an anxious wreck the days. Before dropping her off. Upon arrival Karen was immediately very reassuring and made me feel a little more at ease about leaving her for the first time. Whilst away I got a few photos updates of my cat, Karen honestly admitted she was still hiding but was happy for a few strokes, by the near end of my holiday my cat was so chilled! I felt alot happier! I really appreciated the updates! When picking up both Karen and Ricky were very happy with how my cat was, they loved her and said she was a pleasure to have! They had changed my cats diet but she wasn't eating the food I had supplied they even sent me home with a couple pouches of the food they supplied at no extra cost. I wouldn't leave my cat with anyone else, Karen and Ricky are incredibly loving people who made me feel alot happier about leaving my beloved cat whilst I go on holiday. I loved how happy our cat was that I've already booked her in again! Pepper loved her stay!!

   Ricky and Karen are absolutely great. Our cat Pedro stayed here for a week whilst we went on holiday and he was very well looked after. He was very happy and comfortable. I think he would have happily stayed when we came to pick him up. Super clean, large suites. You can tell Ricky and Karen are animal lovers, who adore all the cats they look after. Super easy arrival and pick up. Organised and listen intently to any instructions you have in regard to feeding/extra needs. We couldn’t fault feline fine at all and this will be our go to cattery for Pedro.

   Ricky and Karen are lovely! It was my first time leaving my cat at a cattery and they made me feel so at ease. They have so much experience and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They kept me updated with how he was doing, adapting to his behaviour. The cubicles are cosy and have their own individual radiators. My cat will definitely be staying here again!

   Ric and Karen have taken care of our little Mia for a week whilst we were on holiday and they have been absolutely brilliant! I was afraid of leaving her as this was her first time and she is still young, she is 1 years old, and she was scared when we left her but we have received pictures of her progress daily and she did not want to leave when we picked her up! She has had a great time and we absolutely will recommend this place and we will use their services in the future! Thank you for your great care!!
