   I trusted them with my dog and came home with a lesson in how not to run a business. My dog came back scratching, covered in flea bites, and the person I spoke to when I rang about it was brusque and dismissive — like my concern was an annoyance, not a sick animal. I asked for a refund and an explanation; I got vague promises and radio silence. If you value your pet’s health, don’t gamble on a place that treats care like a conveyor belt. AVOID!

   Sent my beloved doggo for a grooming session since we had a first bling date planned for our baby . Well this is how he comes back and he starts to smell like a wet dog too and that’s after paying £100.00 complete rip off my baby is not gonna be able to have a love life just because of this company’s Greed #heartbrokendog

   Dishonest people. Dishonest company. I agreed to buy a van from them, only to discover on arrival they had completely lied about its condition. It was nothing like what they promised. Naturally, I didn’t want it. I told them this, they were desperate to get rid, so I offered them a nominal sum, which they accepted. Then, after the fact, they had the audacity to email me demanding £1,000 more, trying to extort money from me because I refused to pay full price for something that had been misrepresented from the start. I even offered to return the van and refund them — yet they still tried to squeeze me. It’s the business equivalent of someone breaking your dog’s legs and then being furious when you refuse to pay for dog-sitting. If I can’t trust them with a van, I certainly wouldn’t trust them with my dog. Avoid this company at all costs. This kind of dishonesty is learnt and practiced over years and will manifest itself in all areas of what they do.

   We first took our German Shepherd puppy Hudson there when he was jus 5 months old and he has now been going for just over 7 months. He is nearly bursting with excitement as soon as the car pulls up at the centre. The photos and service reports the team send are great and you get to see lovely photos. Hudson always looks as though he has the biggest smile on his face. He does come home absolutely exhausted but happy! I can't recommend the team highly enough particularly Rosie and Gareth.

   From the start it was nice for them to visit Bracken at home to get to meet him and find out what his temperament was like to ensure that he would be walked with the appropriate group of dogs. ScenterBarks have been walking Bracken our 6yr old Labrador bracken for 18 months now. They are always prompt and take Bracken out in all weathers. We get service feedback from Catrin Bracken's dog walker if he's been playing up or if he has had the best day with his friends - usually accompanied with a photo! Bracken also has had some health issues that ScenterBarks have always accommodated into their routine. I would recommend them to anyone with a 5 star review.

   We’ve been part of the Scenterbarks family for six years ( six years!), so you can tell how much we love it! Sheebie is more excited about her walks with her chums than any walks we do together and I love the way I can see what she’s been up to from all the photos posted on Facebook. Tried and trusted and much loved, that’s our friends at Scenterbarks! ❤️❤️❤️

   Roscoe has experienced both the daycare functionality and the walking services provided by Scenterbarks. The team is genuinely just the best. Being a nervous dog mama - they ensured that I was given an update partway through is first day at daycare and sent me a picture of him. You can just tell by the joy on his face that he's having the very best time. The team really take the time to get to know your dog - all the little quirks - and always do their utmost to ensure the health and safety of the dog. I can't recommend this place enough - and my boys happy face speaks for itself. Picture of Roscoe (black and white) at daycare attached (biggest grin ever).
