    We have used this place for quite sometime and when it changed ownership we thought all was good. When we collected our cat in July we booked him in for another holiday in September and confirmed dates and booking the by phone the next day. Imagine our shock on arriving today to drop the cat off , on our way to holiday , only to be told they had no record of our booking !!!! Unfortunately they also had no room for him to stay. We have now had to find another cattery at short notice and cannot drop him off till tomorrow. Holiday arrangements have now had to be changed and we are now having less holiday. What was really annoying was owner said she thinks a computer clitch with booking as happened apparently yesterday as well. Nice place but we will not use again as can not trust if cat booked in or not. What else goes wrong?
