Max and Wendy, our two guinea pigs, were left at the Small Furry Hotel for 10 days over Christmas. At the hotel, the staff were helpful and efficient with cutting one of our piggies claws. This was done quickly, avoiding stress to the animal. The farm and room where the small animals stay is quiet and the pens had enough space for our piggies to run around, as well as have access to food and water. Food such as fresh vegetables was provided. Madeline gave us some further advice on how to look after our guinea pigs. They really enjoyed their stay and were very well looked after! Both guinea pigs arrived home and soon settled back into their environment. I would recommend the Small Furry Hotel to others.
Lovely boarding facility, Abi is incredible with our bunnies! We had our bunnies do a long stay boarding, which we were initially really anxious about but from day one they were incredible, they let us cone view the facility before we booked and spent a lot of time answering all our questions, whilst in hoarding they took excellent care of the bunnies, who were all very happy there - I know cause they let us visit, which was amazing! They even helped us arrange a vet visit so our buns could get the vaccines. We felt 100% happy having our buns in the entire time. Couldn't recommend them enough!
I’ve been a regular customer of the Small Furry Hotel for many years. My rabbits over the years have always loved staying there, they get 5* service. Recently my new rabbit Lottie has been experiencing some issues with her tummy and Madeleine has given me some great help and advice with Lottie. A change of diet and regular grooming has seen her tummy issues calm down considerably. Madeline is so knowledgeable and always on hand to help. Thank you again. See you soon
Wonderful! I’ve just picked up our two rabbits after almost 3 weeks at the hotel! They are clearly very happy and have been so well looked after. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending. It’s a very welcoming, beautiful place with really lovely staff. Thank you
The best place for small pets to stay. Our bunny stays here regularly and has done for years, when we go away, and we know that he is cared for so well, I wouldn't trust anyone else with him other than the small Furry Hotel.
