Been in a couple of times now and im unimpressed with the store manager, ironically called Karen. Rude, sharp, and talks to her staff like rubbish. I feel bad for the staff! The atmosphere the manager creates isn't a nice one and is very much noticed by customers. All the other staff are lovely and very helpful! Hope you all get out soon xx
The blonde hair store manager is extremely rude and snappy for no reason because someone else had an issue getting a refund and the till went down and took it out on us. Disgusting. I won’t go to this branch again.

Popped in today new years eve. Got what I needed & more. Lovely staff that have time to talk to you & explain the products in detail.
One young staff wasn't professional enough. It's not professional to talk about customer how they dress infront of them. I suggest she acts mature and do her job properly.
Went in the Burton store for the last time today, wont bother again. 3rd time I have stood there waiting to pay & no one on the tills, left my purchases & went to Boots. It's a Saturday, surely the busiest day, one staff member? Get a self checkout or more staff!!
A good little store! The staff clearly work hard to meet the stock's demand. Always fully prepped, unless there are large sale items. Staff have a fairly good knowledge of their products.
