Wow, Olivia on Friday 7th from 7pm - 8pm. Popped in for my daughter. We had no idea of sizing or styles. Olivia helped choose the correct shape and size she was ever so helpful and made sure my daughter was comfortable with ringing the bell and did not make her feel uncomfortable. Could not recommend any higher. Thank you.
Love the underwear. Had an ok experience with the bra fitting but didnt get measured or anything which I had hoped for, was just my original bra size and not 100% convinced that it fits correctly. Had a look around the store and picked a few bras out went to pay and was met with the rudest staff member ever (blonde hair) had an attitude from the get go I’m a shy person and didnt want to go to her in the first place her whole demure was off putting. She seemed moody or maybe that’s just her personality actually ruined my experience and will probably shop elsewhere in future.
Partner went into be fitted bare in mind she’s not the most confident person and dosent have the biggest boobs and is abit broad on the back and the lady clearly had no experience ran back out on the shop floor asking for help because she couldn’t find a bra to fit my partner saying she’s very small loudly in the shop went to Ann summers couldn’t be more helpful sadly won’t be returning anymore shame as she use to use the store a lot but this current member of staff is very rude and unprofessional
It was disappointing to see the store starting to close down 30 minutes before the actual closing time. Staff were packing up, the fitting rooms were already closed, and the overall atmosphere made customers feel rushed. It’s frustrating not being able to try on clothes, especially in a retail clothing store. Experiences like this can really affect sales and customer loyalty. two potential purchases were lost in just the short time I was there.
went to the store the other day to get some new bras and get fitted as my cup size changed. i asked to be fitted but got told no by one of the colleagues, bare in mind there is no one in the store , other colleague said they can, the colleague that said no decided to fit me… it felt like i was a burden… i wanted to see what shape of bras would fit me best but staff had no interest in helping me. I ended up leaving and going to Ann summers and they have helped me all the way. Now, I loved this store and have been going for years… big shame
Went in for a bra fitting and was told to wait 5 minutes. 25 minutes later I walked out as they’d clearly forgotten. This is the third time this has happened and the last time I’ll ever try this store. The other lady just continued to pack away stock while I was clearly waiting. I was also fitted for a bra size 6 months ago and suddenly the bra sizes have changed again… or their bras a wildly inconsistent in size.
Had a fitting with Francesca on the 8th October and I can't speak more highly of her service. Going into the appointment I was a little nervous as I hadn't had a fitting in years aswell as the fact my body had changed over the pandemic, so I was learning to love my new body with the help of some retail therapy. She made me feel comfortable straight away, acted professional when it came to adjusting and picking the right size and gave me some useful tips along the way. During the appointment she made me aware she was new and I couldn't believe it! She was such a natural when it came to customer service and selling the garments. I hope her all the best in her career at Boux Avenue and I hope her management team see's this comment. Thanks again lovely, I will be back for your spring collection!
Nice products and a good price especially as there was a sale on. Store is clean and tidy and staff friendly. Finding what you want in the draws below was a bit of pain as was the huge que for check out where the employe insisted on signing all 3 people in front of me for a loyalty card taking their full details email and addresses. I was very close to walking out.
When entering the store there was an older lady who I guess is meant to greet people. My friend and I only felt like she looked us up and down in disgust, so my first impressions weren't great. There was a lot of things out of stock that I wanted, but did get 2 items I liked. Please employ people who make you feel good when entering your store.
