Great restaurant,we took the football boys there for a Christmas do. They were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend them! Hasan was very helpful
This is an excellent pizza express. We always prefer to pick this Petersfield branch over others, and normally pit stop here if passing through. Shoutout to Ahad and the team for always being so welcoming and consistently producing the tasty goods. See you again soon!
We booked a table via the app on a Friday night, table for 5 at 7pm. One of our group was running late and the service team allowed for this really well. Unfortunately, when more tables arrived within the restaurant, they did seem to struggle. Starters were delicious and served quickly. The mains, however, was a different story. After waiting an excessive amount of time (approx 40 mins after starters), we had to chase the waiters. The lasagne arrived (two dishes); both burnt. We were so hungry, that we ate them; normally, we would have returned them. Credit to the Manager, he did offer to remake, but then gave them complementary as we were so hungry.
We visited on a Tuesday evening and it was quite early. The restaurant was very busy with young children who were very loud and running around. They were just left to it and we're getting in the way of the staff. This is not the fault of the restaurant or the staff but it did spoil our experience. We will stick to eating here later on in an evening. As usual the food was delicious and hot. The staff are amazing and work hard to make sure the customers are happy. They clean the tables thoroughly and are always pleasant.
Service was good. Food OK but expensive for what it is. Pizzas don't have enough cheese. 3 course Kids meals cost the same as one adult desert so really good value. Dough Ball starter is great, especially gluten free.
The food was pizza express style standard, but the service from Shoheli was outstanding and we had such a great time because of her. She was so attentive, funny, professional and friendly. The kids really took to her and she went out of her way to make sure they got what they liked.
Incredible experience. Normally visit pizza express and staff are ok but we had someone exceptional wait on our table. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she was 7 months pregnant (think her name begins with S). She took very good care of us and especially our 2 year old. He really liked her and her attentiveness. Thank you for being brilliant with us and wishing you all the best for your pregnancy and 3rd child.
Had a really nice lunch here with my son today. Exceptional, friendly service from Shoheli, who always seemed to know when we needed something and was so polite and helpful. Very nice food and atmosphere if a bit expensive (but that's not the branch's fault) and lots of menu options. We have been visiting here for over ten years and have always had a positive experience. Haven't been to Pizza Express for a very long time. Must say we were really impressed with the food. Great flavours. Service here at the Petersfield restaurant was also excellent.
We were running late for our booking but we were accommodated still with no fuss. Very busy which is a good sign, lots of staff all friendly and welcoming. It was an OK meal, had bbq pizza and halloumi bites. Pizza could have been hotter and i struggled to cut it with the pizza wheel. My daughter ate up all of her pasta. I particularly enjoyed my elderflower sparkle soft drink. Server seemed to lack a little confidence and we had to reiterate requests a few times and ask again for water. Would have liked used items to have been cleared sooner to give more room at the table. Not a bad meal, would pop by again for a quick bite but wouldn't use if out for a special occasion. On the plus side lots of vegan choices which was good for my vegan friend who joined us.
