   Dimi and Tom looked after us exceptionally well for our cycle clubs Xmas party. 27 of us all having a 3 course menu wasn’t the easiest for them but their service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. All the food came out together and was excellent value for money. They served us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. A fantastic evening and we will go back next year! Highly recommend

   Franco manca is a must visit in Chichester. Whether it’s for the delicious thin crust sourdough pizza, or the affordable drink menu. It’s the perfect place to visit with friends. It’s got a modern yet homey atmosphere that lends to the overall pleasant energy. The staff is friendly and accommodating, their kitchen staff clearly know their way around pizza. The menu is very vegetarian friendly and as a group of travelers we found it the perfect lunch spot after exploring town. Would recommend again.

   Niki is an absolute star. Every time I visit, she remembers our order perfectly without needing to be told twice, which already makes the experience feel personal. She is always quick, efficient, and on top of everything, even when the place is busy. Her service feels attentive without being intrusive, and she makes you feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find someone who gets everything right with such consistency. She really elevates the whole dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Niki if you go.

   My flabbers were ghasted. This was my first time coming to Franco Manca, and oh boy was it the tops. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, I had the margarita pizza and my partner had the Napoli pizza. They were very reasonably priced, and in the words of the great “Ken” from Barbie, they were “Sublime”. Took a little bit of time for our order to be taken, but the wonderful John more than made up for this with his cheery demeanor, positivity, and general wonderfulness. It was my partners birthday and he pulled out all of the stops. We even got a free tiramisu! John deserves a raise in my humble opinion. Will definitely be coming back for a cheeky date night. Well done, Franco Manca (especially John)

   A nice atmosphere, a clean and stylish restaurant. The food was delicious, we really enjoyed our pizzas. I have unusual food allergies and it was not a problem at all. I was given the allergen list, the chef checked if I was okay with my options and because everything is made to order there were no problems at all. We were served by a very polite, helpful and friendly Robyn, who made the whole lovely lunch a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be going back again. Thank you Robyn and Luca.

   Service disappointing , pizza second rate !! Unfortunately service was disorganise and greeted by lady manager arrived at 6 pm . Half the restaurant was empty , Manager wanted my group to sit on Corridor table . Middle of the service area and cash till , and entrance . When I said we prefer to sit on another table she Said it’s a table … and raised her eyes … it was so funny , she made us wait at entrance for few minutes until she decided where to sit us . Very reluctant to sit us in the other empty half of the restaurant . She took extremely long almost 15 minutes to take our drink order … arrived holding cokes in her hand . No Tray use anymore , came back five minutes later with other drink x2 for group very poor . Another table arrived behind us and she managed to take our order and there order at the same time …. Never seen that before ! Pizzas arrived 25 minutes later , dough was tough .. could not use a knife , had to pull it to eat it was extremely chewy and cold . Managers had changed over . No personal service at all , very unfriendly prices were expensive considering quality on offer . Unfortunately was unable to eat mine due to eat being chewy . With my experience with sour dough my professional opinion is the dough was made more then 24 hours as stipulated by the company , I think it was 36 to 48 hours old !! Not good ..

   My first visit to this new eatery, with good food, but very slow service. We ordered from the Christmas menu and when the food was finally ready, it was both hot and tasty. However… the service was very slow. We received very polite service, but an hour after arriving, we sat patiently, still waiting for our main course. They kindly offered a free dessert as an apology, resulting in two portions of Tiramisu in a take away box. The place was not full, but I guess as they have only recently opened, they are still not familiar with the level of passing business in Chichester. I would go back for the food, but only when the service level improves. (Visit was the week prior to Christmas).

   Have been to the Franco Manca in Brighton and have to say this experience did not meet our expectations. Food was excellent, both pizzas were lovely and fresh. However, lots of basic items unavailable (pesto, orange/apple juice). It was fairly quiet for a Sunday evening however we waited a while for our food as it seemed the priority was heavily on getting deliveries out the door. The staff themselves (including managers) were friendly however I think they need to be trained a bit more as some prompting was needed for any basic queries we had. Overall atmosphere was pleasant, and decor was stylish.

   I came here on opening night which was busy as one expects. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were, and amazed by their organisation skills as they had a proper system in place to deal with the large influx of visitors. Service was then quick and the food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely come back in the future !
