   Overall, this subway was just below average. The staff were nice although the place was very dirty and dingy, looks like it should have a closed 1 year ago. The food was good but could have definitely been a lot hotter.

   Thrown together, couldn’t even be bothered to cut it, stone cold, another useless subway in the south which I have to assume is ran by the same family as the rest of them, they couldn’t give one toss.

   The manager wasn’t letting us have any food or drink. I calmly asked for some iced water and she refused, then ignored me. She wouldn’t let my friend go in too, even though she was about to buy something. Nick was nice to us but the lady manager wasn’t. I don’t like going in there, it’s very unpleasant. Food is good as per usual but I hate the atmosphere. I am also disappointed as I used to love it, this is a let down.

   Absolute joke of a service. Went in to order two foot long subs. Didn't have half the things in stock we wanted (was just after lunch time so understandable) offered me an alternative filling, very clearly made them aware that we couldn't have milk. Asked them to double and triple check if it contained milk as buffalo chicken was NOT displayed on the allergen help board in store. After getting home and checking for allergen contents online just to be safe found it to contain milk. Lucky we checked or very serious sickness (allergic not lactose intolerant). £20 for two subs meals. Waste of money, won't recommend to anyone. Hope no one else gets sick from this sub server.

   I'm a giant Subway fan, I love it! Visit stores all over the country, and you know what to expect. But not at this store... Always very slow service, poor communication, and terrible preparation skills. Take a look at the "Festive feast" and "Mega Meat" they've served up in store today, as they say a picture paints a 1000 words.

   Just received this poor quality of service from Subway, Alver Village Square. Salad bowl half full with four pieces of chicken. Footlong BMT was lacking in salad as ordered. No lettuce, no cheese, about three pieces of pepper and no cucumber. Very, very poor service and quality of food. It suggests to me that as we are unable to watch them make the food, they believe they can get away with poor customer service as there is no recourse once the food has bern delivered. Disgusted with this excuse of an order and won't be ordering from here again. On the other hand, the Just Eat delivery was superb.

   Great BMT on Italian bread & the service was quick & cheerful. Can't ask for anymore. Sometimes these places get busy & I don't mind waiting but this place has rapid service & was clean throughout which means that is here can do it, why can't other Subway's! Yum!
