   Very unprofissional costumer service and racist because you not polish. Long time ago i dont go to that shop and 2 days ago i decide to go there i was with pushchair with a baby since i enter they start to look weird to me and then they comment stupid clients i was ask for meat and then my baby scream just once and one lady look weird to me and i said im sorry is just a baby then i went to the till the person on the till was very rude then i look to her and i said what i did to you, you are so unprofissional she dont even talk to me, just talking stupid and i said is because i m not polish she said dont come back, this is just advice dont go to that shop if you speak english or diferente language they are racist and you are not welcome there ... is disgusting i have a lot of friends from diferent countries how come we have shops like this and people like this working there...

   Very rude, unprofessional customer service! Management definitely needs to look into it! Yesterday bought some stuff and asked in English language on a counter one sale assistant about sweets they had in a box ( marshmallows flavour) she said to me and I asked if I could have 300gr she started to speak to another sale assistant something in Polish and they started to laugh which made me so uncomfortable and other sale assistant who was busy with others was looking at me with a sarcastic smile. Absolutely left me feeling so uncomfortable, disgusting and unprofessional approach to the clients! If I back there again, of course nope! Just left me wonder how those members of staff could be employed by someone who must care about own business.

   I visited this Polish shop yesterday, and while I can say the place is clean and offers a wide variety of foods, my experience at the meat counter was extremely disappointing. I had been queuing with my children to buy some fresh meat. When I politely asked the lady behind the counter to avoid the dried-out pieces and give me some from underneath, she looked at me and started whispering under her breath — clearly using swear words. Her attitude was angry and agitated, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I even asked her if she was having a bad day, to which she replied that she had been working three days in a row and was exhausted. While I do understand how tiring that must be, it’s no excuse for being rude to customers. If you choose to work in customer service, respect and professionalism should always come first. From reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has noticed this kind of behaviour. Even though the other staff tried to smile, you can still sense that they don’t really want to be there, which creates an awful atmosphere. Overall, I left the shop feeling very disappointed.

   We asked to try a sample of the sausage, but the shop assistant seemed a bit upset by the request. Worse still, we found plastic in our bite, if we hadn’t noticed, we might have swallowed pieces of plastic. This was very concerning and disappointing

   Reasonable suspicion that this shop assistant is racist！ AWFUL service, the staff handling the meat can ignore your wait and talk in Polish for a long time with the previous customer, even though the packing is done. Then the staff leave after the previous customer has left, ignoring the fact that you are queuing. Particularly unfriendly to English speakers. Particularly unfriendly to all but Polish speakers

   Other than shop is well overpriced, the staff is simply rude , especially to non polish speakers. I've just witnessed situation there ,that have left me speechless...wow. definitely do not recommend. There areany other polish shops that aren't so expensive and people still get to be treated like humans

   Outstanding and friendly staff ! Always well stocked up and reasonably priced. Huge variety of all products as well. Very pleasant experience today - I randomly asked one of the ladies putting their deliveries away if birthday cakes are available and she with the smile answered yes they are and advised me to join the queue to the till while she personally went to the stock room to get me one of their smashing cakes ! I could’ve wait longer if not up to her brilliant customer service ! Amazing customer service skills ! Definitely highly recommended

   Big store with a huge variety of Polish foods, snacks, and cakes! I especially love the tasty selection of cakes on display in the store window, certainly makes one do a double take when passing by the store ;) The prices of items are reasonable, in line or even cheaper compared other Polish shops around.
