   My son went to the pharmacy for painkillers. The pharmacist was rude, belittling and spoke to him as if he was an idiot. He left as she refused to serve him. He came home in absolute agony. She needs to learn some customer service. The rest of staff in the store are lovely

   Ripped off!! Wanted a Chinese selection. Found an area that offered 3 containers for £8.50, however having been through the checkouts we find that one dish that was firmly displayed within the offer area was in fact not part of the deal so the whole thing cost us £11.50. Very dodgy practise to catch shoppers out. So our first and last visit if this is how they aim to con customers.

   Great canteen staff, the rest not so great. Tescoes have ANTI-customer policies in place and over zealous security. The breakfast was adequate and the price for a breakfast (which was small) and a coffee a rip off at £8.01 . I couldn't get out of the store without slipping through the gap of a disabled 4 wheeler with their one way system in place. You feel like criminal if you are just going in for a breakfast and the jobs worth security guard has stopped me before for having the audacity of not taking a long walk to go through the tills. They take customers for granted and basically they are an inconvenience or a security risk.

   Used to be a great store, but prices are raising exponentially and the amount t of self service checkouts make shopping a real chore. The latest checkouts for trolleys are particularly bad, as custo.ers need an assistant to verify their shopping bags before you can start packing the items you've purchased. The self service tills struggle if you try and purchase more than one of the same item. In many recent visits, fresh produce is regularly low on stock or totally unavailable.

   Ordered a breakfast in the cafe at 11.14 am, at 11.58 I asked the lady on the till how much longer it would be as I had now been waiting almost 45 minutes. The lady on the till said, quite rude and abrupt, " it couldn't of been 45 minutes". I checked the receipt and told her it was definitely 45 minutes, again I was met with an attitude informing me they must of lost the order and I can either carry on waiting or I'd could have a refund! I decided against a refund as now I was concerned with what "eventually"might be served up. The lack of response to this review rubber stamps how poorly this store considers customer relations. I won't be returning.

   It's massive and offers practically everything you could possibly be looking for. You have to know your prices I was amazed at some huge variants between them and opposition supermarkets, in both directions I hasten to add. On a plus there were some great offers. The store provides adequate parking and a petrol station. Best buy of the day was the bread cakes from the bakery they were absolutely wonderful

   Well stocked shelves with lots of special products reduced by using your Tesco Card. Plenty of staff on the checkouts and theirs plenty of self checkouts

   Came here for a few bit on my way home. A very nice member of staff helped me find a couple of items and she was very friendly and jolly. A real credit to Tesco. Sadly when I got to the self scan checkout I had a problem with an item and the indicator showed red for a member of staff to come and assist. The member of staff walked right past me and started to chat with 2 other members of staff for what must have been a couple of minutes, then walked past me again completely disregarding the help indicator and started to collect baskets. I had to call her over. Parking was chaotic and getting a trolley was a nightmare, although I know it’s getting to that time of the year and the busier it gets the less chance or geeing a trolley. Selection was fantastic they had everything I wanted and some of the deals were really good to the point I got them even tho not needing then at that time.
