Ordered a breakfast with poached egg and then order sausage, chips and beans with fried egg and then order a kids potato waffle meal with beans and scrambled eggs for my 23 month old son from the cafe. Kids meal came with fried egg and was told there was no scrambled eggs left. How does that make sense? Also the toilets really smell.
Used to be my favourite store, but far from it now. At a till a few months ago, I had items that would not scan in one flavour, the supervisor was next to us talking to her neighbour about poor internet connections, ( anyone within several metres had no choice but to hear the conversation ) the man on the till politely advised her of the problem, she snapped back, cant have it then, he then advised her I had several, her reply was if it doesn't scan he cant have it, the man on the till just apologised to me. And she was straight back to the conversation about her Internet, a extremely poor example of management. And that seems to still be the case, I don't visit as often now, but do drop in to get a particular cereal, the boxes are almost always damaged, because the box is too big for the shelves, its always a mess in that area , see photos from today, similar to my last visit about 10 days ago, on that occasion the boxes were too damaged to buy at that time, and the same boxes and food items are still on the floor under the bottom shelf.
Stopped in Anlaby store Friday 1st November, 19.00hrs, guess what shelves empty especially fresh, shop was a total mess, no one tidying just empty boxes and milk spills again, such a shame this could be a fantastic store and convenient. Morrisons should be ashamed of stores like this. Kevin Puryer
Always rely on good service, bit more expensive than others but better quality veg as a rule.
Went to the café after doing our shopping to get some food, we ordered at the self order touch screen and as the order went through to the kitchen heard an employee say ‘IS THIS A JOKE’ after seeing that we had ordered some food (4 meals). Terrible service and very rude staff, would not come here for food again and would not recommend for anyone else to do so either after hearing how nasty and rude their staff are to customers when they think they can’t be heard in the kitchen.

This store used to always look clean and tidy. Unfortunately today there were wet floors, empty boxes everywhere, and staff talking about been short staffed. It isn't a good look and it makes me want to stay away from Morrisons
