   Big shame to spend so much money on the poor quality. The sausages were Nuked and had no flavour. The Eggs were overcooked, bacon was dry and seemed to be cooked in the oven. Mushrooms and beans were ace thankfully. The sauces were flavourless. I would (annoyingly) of preferred to of eaten at Spoons!!! I do hope that their afternoon offering does them justice…. Disappointed camper!

   Called in for breakfast with my son and we weren't disappointed. We had the Galleon the Works, as in picture, and was very good. Everthing was nice and hot including the plate, which is a must. There is plenty of free parking at the front of the building. Nice location, with views across fishery creek touring site. We will be going back.

   The breakfast was very good, coffee was nice, service was with a smile, did order brown toast, got served white toast but after mentioning it got the brown foc, a very worthwhile visit, I’ll be going again next week, on my spreadsheet of Hayling Breakfasts this is right up there !

   I took my partner to the Galleon on Tuesday the 19th of April for his birthday we both had the rib eye steak it was cooked to perfection the waiter provided excellent service and was very attentive we also had a breakfast on a Sunday and the waitress was lovely nothing was too much trouble we will definitely be going back

   Charlene and staff are fantastic nothing is to much trouble for them. Food is great and very reasonably priced. Will even deliver to your pitch if you wish. Highly recommend The Galleon Cafe you will not be disappointed . Well Done Charlene you really made my wife and ifeel at home.

   Had Sunday lunch yesterday with four friends. I've visited before and has a great evening but I'm afraid the Sunday Roast was a let down .We were booked for 2.30 as only time available and it looked as if the roast potatoes had been cooked for hours .Only one of our group was able to eat the potatoes ! Meat was good ,but vegetables were also a bit of a disappointment and the plate was swamped with gravy ..We did mention the potatoes when we paid .Now for the good points ! Friendly warm welcome. Service perfect ,ambience excellent .Will possibly return in an evening but not for Sunday Roast !
