    While the staff and interior is really amazing and so welcoming, this food is sadly average at best and is not very authentic, made bland for English tastes. The chicken wings were so dry and flavourless.. and the pork belly was so thin and had no sauce, apart from the sweet chilli sauce. While the restaurant it cheap, it is not as good as the food you will actually get in Thailand. As I said, the staff were really lovely.

    We love the Thailand Cafe food! Always consistent quality, great friendly delivery service and reasonably priced. Our favourites are the Penang Curry, the duck Pad Thai and the Massaman curry sauce is really delicious. Have also enjoyed satay, wings and stir fry. In warmer weather we will eat in their garden gazebo and bring a bottle. It’s good to support this local family business cooking authentic Thai with real flavour, our favourite take away in Portsmouth! Thank you and wishing you a Happy and prosperous 2023!
