   Had such a fantastic experience at Nando’s Fareham thanks to Kelvin! His customer service was truly outstanding — so friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and made the whole visit feel extra special. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and makes customers feel so valued. Kelvin is a real credit to the team and the reason we’ll definitely be coming back.    I recently visited Nando’s and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm smile and a genuine friendliness that immediately set the tone for the meal. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything felt smooth, relaxed, and well-organized. The highlight of the service was definitely Ellie and Katie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ellie was cheerful and efficient, checking in at just the right times and making sure I felt comfortable. Katie was equally brilliant, offering recommendations on the sauces and sides, which turned out to be spot on. Their energy, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out and made the visit feel personal and special. As for the food—it was exceptional. The chicken was cooked perfectly: tender, juicy, and full of that signature Nando’s flavor. The sides were fresh, tasty, and served promptly, with everything arriving hot and beautifully presented. Every bite was a reminder of why Nando’s is such a reliable favourite. Overall, it was an outstanding visit. Thanks to Ellie and Katie, along with the consistently delicious food, I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

   The staff were friendly and provided great service, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the food. it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

   Never dine in here again. Very bad customer service manager is disrespectful never encounter anyone like her. I don't think she know what/ how customer service is. You need a proper training woman!!!! Food is great but few staff are awful. I am writing a review base my own experienced.

   I rarely write reviews, but I thought this place should be mention. Being a Friday I went to a lot of different restaurants and of course my mistake I didn’t book in advance. By chance I was walking by my car and I noticed it was pretty busy in there. By this point I was starving. Also coming to the reality that every restaurant didn’t really want to accommodate a single diners. However I was greeted by an angel in Air Force ones that took the time and effort to make space for me, despite how busy it was. Even when I walked up to the counter I was greeted by a warm welcoming smile, that even went out of the way to give me good suggestions. The food was exactly what I was hoping for, I was not disappointed. The world can be a lonely place sometimes, but that act of kindness made me really feel valued. Keep doing what you are doing. Nando’s Uk should be proud.

   Nando's is more or less a tiring franchise chicken restaurant that could use some serious marketing makeover. The whole chicken taste better than it look, the Peri Peri sauce is good but not sure if it's enough to go back for. Hope the senior management will do something to bring some life back to the restaurant before it's too late.

   I would have given 5 stars only if chicken were piping hot but it wasn’t. I’m not saying it wasn’t delicious but it wasn’t hot enough. Chips were great. Sauces were great. Hygiene up to the standard. Cleanliness to an impressive level. Toilets were clean but hand washing liquid may have ran out but it’s alright, we all get busy during busy hours. Ambiance was good. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I came from neighbouring city all the way to have chicken because they serve the best but it may not have been my lucky day. Overall experience was good. I’d definitely recommend.
