The second time I’ve not received the sweet and sour sauce. !!! My husband’s meal was the best. Such a disappointment for me ,I had a sandwich. Again. They did offer to deliver the sauce, we live no where near the shop and meal would have been cold.

Absolute gem of a place. Never had one complaint and the food is delicious. All staff are lovely and welcoming everytime we visit. Really can't rate these guys high enough.

Ordered a takeaway tonight and normally Jumbo is great but lately the food has gone down hill. The duck fried rice was very wet and no flavour, Duck curry also had no flavour. The seaweed no flavour, and the prawn crackers were soft. This has just made our decision to find a different Chinese takeaway.
Used to be so good, we never used to go anywhere else but we've just tried them for the last time. Everything is just bland, and the chicken is terrible quality. Beef in black bean had literally no flavour and it was very obvious it had been velveted. Egg fried rice was also so bland... thought we give them one last chance but wint be getting it from here again.
Food first class and all the dishes we tried, what was outstanding was I over paid the driver, he returned about 40 minute later and handed back the £20 note I mistakenly gave and did not even know I had. Now that’s a first class customer service experience, made the food which was already fantastic even better. Thank you to you and your team. 5 Stars from me and look forwards to the next meal.
I would say that this is fhe best Chinese taekeaway in Gosport. I have NOT tried them all.... But i have tried many, and Jumbos food is consistently excellent. I always collect my food, but you may find they put a delivery time of 1.5 hours on your delivery order. They did they only time I got delivery.... And they Do mean it. So just plan accordingly. Its a good sign anyway, that that are actually cooking real good and not just warming things up! I go there every Tuesday, and have done for over 6 months, and each meal had been excellent. Looking for Chinese takeaway food in. Gosport? Look no further. You've found your new favourite place! Enjoy!
