   Awful service. Placed an order at 6pm via just eat. Was given a 45-60 minute estimated delivery time. An hour and a half later we called to see where our order was at and the horrible sounding woman shouted something and hung up. We tried again 20 minutes later and she did the same thing again! Food never turned up. Too late to order anything else. Evening ruined leaving my family hungry and angry. Rude, disrespectful, disappointing, shambolic and just an outright horrible experience. Never ordering from them again and will be sure to make other people aware of this.

   Just ordered via Just eating was highly disappointed,won't be ordering again! Chips were stale ie yesterday's warmed up, tasted like cardboard. Old hollow roast potatoes in the special curry.. very disappointed customers especially as I rarely indulge in takeaways.

   Apppalling and extraordinary rude telephone manner. Was trying to place an order over the phone and first I was treated to the sound of an argument, and finally spoken to incredibly disrespectfully . I asked if I could place a large order, to be greeted with what's your name shouted down the phone. I hung up after that. Payment was very odd and distinctly dubious the last time i used this place doing it over a link you needed to click on. Used to be an excellent little place we have used for quite a few years. Sadly no more. Looking at other reviews things are not good at all there. New owners I gather. Over all disgusting service. Oh by the If your chancing ordering on line to avoid the dodgy phoneline customer service it's a £4 charge.

   Had our first meals from this take-away using Just Eat (4 people) and will definitely be using them again. Food was great (mushroom fried rice; sweet & Sour chicken balls; Chicken chow mein; Beef curry with boiled rice) The beef was very tender and tasty not like some other take-aways where beef can be a bit on the tough/chewy side. Food arrived 40 mins after ordering .... could have been a bit hotter but understand the delivery service plus they had to get up a set of concrete steps then 2 flights of steps to the flat.

   With great regret I agree with Steve - see below. Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later. No food. Promised it was just 20 minutes more. Fully appreciate it’s a Friday night and they are really busy, but this is really disappointing. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad night & happily will give them another go. When the food arrived, it was good. Delivery driver was very apologetic and not his fault. However, still very disappointed

   Usually had nice take away meals from here but not tonight. Tonight it tasted disgusting and there were missing chicken balls from both our portions. Tasted vile. Think it was re heated left over food. Sweet & sour sauce was sickly and tasted extremely acidic. Please don’t charge for something you are not going to deliver. Won’t be ordering from you again. Disappointing. There’s plenty of competition around too, so you ought to take pride in your food.

   Delivery was fast. Food was hot. Unfortunately the food was not to mine and my husbands liking. The 3 stars are for the sweet and sour chicken balls and mixed veg chow mien. The chicken balls were very nice. The bbq sauce, the sauce on the lemon chicken and the chicken fried rice were not to our taste. Its not that the food was horrible, it just didn't taste like our usual Chinese. We decided to give this one a try, but we will be going back to our regular one.
