   This was bad, we've not used Napoli for a while and it used to be nice. The food arrived and the first thought when we got it out of the bag was "Is that it? Over £25 worth of food!" It was actually £30 worth but the site added a discount! I got a pasta dish that I used to get that normally comes in a long chinese curry type container but now it comes in a small round cardboard thing with a child's portion in it. The food itself was really salty. I didn't enjoy it, it took minutes to finish leaving me hungry. My girls got a gourmet burger each, they were just Hull Fair burgers but fatter. Poor quality, greasy and a waste because neither of them ate it. My youngest ate the bread bun and left the meat! We're not impressed and that's Napoli off our list of takeaway options. We've been using them for well over ten years

   Sadly our whole order took ages & when it finally came it was cold & some items were clearly mixed up as we ordered a pepperoni pizza & received a vegetarian 1 so it's a major mistake & it took 1 hour & half to get to us. What annoyed & disappointed us the most was how rude & unhelpful the staff were & how no refund was offered. We were simply sent 2 replacement items for 5 people's food items that were either wrong or stone cold! What's that about? We couldn't believe how unhelpful & unnecessarily unpleasant the staff were. Terrible customer service, delivery, food quality & overall experience would be 0 stars if that was an option. Very dissatisfied.

   I got my order given to me and came home to have a nice takeaway, one burger didn’t looked cooked properly, the other burger was plain when we asked for cheese and garlic I’m so sad about this as I use to come every Friday and Saturday and have no issues at all. I’m so disappointed Napoli we need to do orders properly and lower ur prices I asked for two burgers and a small bag of chips that nearly cost me 20£ that’s a joke

   I have had takeaway from here twice and have been more than happy both times. On one occasion I went in and ordered pizza and garlic bread - I was happy with the wait time and quality of the food. The second time I ordered online, they communicated promptly with the time it would be ready. I ordered a mixed kebab which was very nice.

   Such a shame this long standing takeaway has become so poor. Previous times have always been excellent over the years but this time ordered through website. Order came within the hour. Missing a small chips for our daughter. Called to explain. Told too far to bring out a small chips only, which is justifiable if they didn’t mess up the order in the first place. Sat down to eat and everything was cold. Prices are extremely reasonable but not when items are missing and food is inedible. Make some changes!

   Ordered takeaway for a gathering the food came pretty quickly ordered through their website. Some bits were cold or not cooked but the rest was ok.

   It's easy to criticise a takeaway but we had the best take out tonight. The shish, chicken & done kebabs were excellent with lots of flavour & arrived piping hot, even on a busy night. Well done napoli & compliments to the chef

   Normally very good but this time was shocking. Garlic bread was Burnt and dry. The kebab was very greasy and not fresh looked like the odd little bits from whats left at the end of the night. Rang them to tell them about the order and all we got was yeah. Didn't seem bothered at all. Why ask customers what they want if you aint going to bother doing it right. Very disappointing
