I have always enjoyed the food but last night was really not good or the quality even the orawn crackers were awful no shrimps on the spicy Singapore. Beef tough chow mean rice was cold
Ordered the Green Curry several times and it the best I’ve had. Great customer services and amazing food.
Ordered and paid for takeaway to collect. Young man who took order was very polite. On collection 30 minutes later the order was ready. However on checking there was a portion of chips missing and the mini dish of fried rice and chips with a sauce separate was just a normal sized egg fried rice. The man serving did offer to sort this out but but we didn’t want the rest of our food to be cold by the time we got it home. He did give us a complimentary bag of prawn crackers and an apology which was appreciated. However we were disappointed with the food. In general. Paying restaurant prices on the new menu and food was not up to the price charged. The beef curry was chewy, tough and tasteless. The mixed starter was also tasteless and the seaweed for 2 wasn’t even a tablespoon full. The chips were dry and the fried rice bland. Needs to improve a lot before we would consider visiting again.
Been going to maple kitchen for years everything has been ok until now, recently there seems to be an issue with timing. Tonight was too much. Ordered tea via the website said 1 hour, waited an hour and half (understood they would be busy with it being bank holiday), rang to ask for an upset to be told the food is just cooking and the receptionist wasn’t very helpful or polite. I decide to go and collect. Wasn’t happy it was only just cooking and then would’ve needed to be deliver to me. So tried to speed it up. I get to maple kitchen, the manger unfortunately isn’t very helpful and decide’s to just argue with me, when I’m expressing my frustration. Telling me the receptionist isn’t experienced and the website doesn’t update. To then find out it’s out for delivery! When I said I would come and collect. Won’t be using again and wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait over an 2 hours for food. Seems to be an issue and not a one off, having read other customers reviews.
Hands down the best chicken curry I've had, chicken was fantastic and tasty, the curry sauce was thick and delicious. Fried rice was just right not overcooked or greasy. Having moved to the area recently, we've been making our way around all the takeaways and this is the best IMHO.
Terrible first experience no nuts in the dish no vegetables just onions and slabs of processed reformed chicken cut off a roll revolting sauce like water certainly won’t be going back
Lovely food as always the only thing wrong was the amount of chilli on the fried salt and pepper King prawns starter, it was a lot hotter than usual and took my breath away! A little less chilli and these will be perfect again!

Hi ordered the Thai Green Curry for a collection at 1750hrs said it would take 15 minutes, when I got there at at 1805hrs the collection was ready, took it home and it was one of the best curries I have had and the staff were first class. I can guarantee that I will be having this meal again
