To rate my experience out of 10... is there such a number as 11? I came here with some friends for pizzas and some pints and I had the best time ever, I will definitely return! The staff especially Catherine, Anneka and Jess made me feel so welcome and the pizzas so yummy, compliments to the chef!

Came in for dinner and went for the two fish and chips and a bottle of wine deal for £49.95 — such great value. The fish was crispy, the chips were perfect, and the whole meal tasted incredibly fresh. Big shoutout to chefs Jake and Saul for nailing it. Amelia and Jess looked after us with warm, friendly service from start to finish, making the evening feel really relaxed and enjoyable. Great food, lovely team, and a brilliant deal — highly recommend!

Great little find on outskirts of Beverley not far from Minster way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It boasts a terrace and the largest outside "beer garden" in Beverley. Visited on a Wednesday afternoon , it was fairly quiet , service was quick .

Called in on a whim after a search of local places to eat. Suprised by the nice decor with a potting shed theme and great seating choices from views over the sports field to snug seating. Food was great, well presented, hot and of good quality. Service was very good and the member of staff that served us both drinks and food was very pleasant. I'm sure this is popular with locals who want a nice meal out but if you are passing it's definitely worth a visit.

We booked and went for lunch. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The food was really good too - we had burgers, kebabs and a pizza. The Potting Shed is also dog friendly too and offered ours a bowl of water which did come with a wet floor sign. All in all, we will be returning especially for one of the special offer nights.

Good food for the price. Can get a bit busy and noisy in peak times, but it didn't bother us. Carpark is small, there is however a pay car park next door. Waiting times can be a bit longer then avarage, but again we were not really in a rush. Would definitely go again if passing.

Having been on a works course, and staying in hotel opposite I chose to use the potting shed 3 evenings for my tea, everything was excellently cooked and would highly recommend

Great venue for a party. C.A.A Mobile Discos provided the evening entertainment for a 21st in there function room upstairs. Nice smart venue with friendly helpful staff.

A great venue. Open and airy. Varied menu with some querky options too all staff welcoming and even dog was made a fuss of. Server Charlie did a grand job of looking after us. Good portions of everything served in good time

Large premises with parking to the front and outdoor seating too. I liked the decor. Pretty big and spacious inside. Extensive menu with vegan and vegetarian options available. When I visited, there were two handpulled cask beers on - Marston's Pedigree Amber Ale and the gorgeous Wychwood Brewery's Hobgoblin Gold. Very yum! There were two other pumps not yet in action: the Potting Shed Amber Ale and Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker. It is table service so the very hardworking staff come to you to take your food orders. There is a generous lunch deal available Mondays to Fridays 12 til 4, which is worth knowing about: £5 off certain lunch choices when bought with any drink. I hadn't seen the offer when I paid for my first drink, so I was left with the onerous hardship of having to order a second drop of Hobgoblin, eeee, tis a hard life. I ordered a portion of chips (extremely yummy good chips!) for £1.50 to go with my grilled halloumi wrap at £9.95, but £5 off was a good deal. The plate was very prompt in arriving indeed and the food tasted great and was filling. Staff were all efficient, busy and welcoming to boot. I would definitely visit again and recommend. (The only negative to mar the experience - and nothing to do with the Potting Shed itself, were the two horrendous, screeching, skriking brats two tables away who were running uncontrollably everywhere and coming right into my personal space while I was trying to read and dine. Mother and two accompanying females had no control or care over the two either. Gross!) Potting Shed and it's deserving staff get 5 stars, incompetent, lazy parent gets a slap in the face with a wet kipper, thanks Red Dwarf, lolol.
