Best Chinese in Chichester - my friend has loads of allergies and they always cater towards them the prices are reasonable and the lady behind the till is always friendly
PLEASE DONT USE THIS USLESS COMPANY. This has been the second time and last time of using this Chinese they take well over a hour to deliver your food and only deliver it when you ring up and complain. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE
Ordered delivery and came on time, piping hot and full of taste. Delicious- would order again (and again)
Tonight we placed an order, waiting time 1 hour, after an hour we check the status of our order and is marked delivered 10 minutes ago?!? To whom? Fine! We start to cook and our dinner now is almost cooked after 30 minutes or so... we now get a knock on the door... almost 2 hours after we placed the order! And after 40 minutes it was marked delivered "enjoy " Sorry you can take it back now
14.2.25 ordered online for food delivery after a very long day at work... we placed the order fine, estimated delivery time 1 hour, fine as I bet tonight they are more busy than usual. After approximately an hour waiting and us starving as it's 8pm a pop up appears on the screen suggesting that our order was delivered... definitely not here! So we call but the phone has been disconnected!!! If you were not taking orders why do you allow people to place orders and let them wait an hour!! Then you simply mark them as delivered?!? Dishonest! Be ashamed... we will never again order from you! We will try the new Chinese restaurant that just opened in Chichester! Rude and ungrateful!
I’ve used this place since I’ve come to Chichester as a student. Now in my third year and they’re still my favourite Chinese in the area! Fab good, quick service and nice people!
Took almost 2 hours to get a delivery from this place. They messed up on the address despite clear direction on the online order. Refused to pay the full bill after such terrible service
Absolutely fuming and disgusting with the food I received! Chicken undercooked and very fatty and chewy and all of the food was plain and had no flavour whatsoever. Called up and said how the 2 chicken dishes were not edible and all they offered was a 10% discount for our next order. Who ever there will not be a next time. I’m Absolutely disgraced. Spent £35 and can’t eat it so such a waste of money! No one order from here!
Sorry to say but our set meal for three was pretty bad! The chicken balls and special fried rice were ok but everything else was tasteless, like it hadn’t seen any Chinese seasoning or even just salt. We were rather disappointed so there won’t be a repeat order from us I’m afraid.
Avoid this Chinese at all cost The food was disgusting I ordered a chicken curry it came out the chicken was like jelly the curry sauce itself was like jelly like something that came out of the microwave The meat haven’t even been cooked also very expensive Lady inside very rude and demanding would not recommend this food as I’ve thrown it in the dustbin without eating it I’m now going to get myself some food and another takeaway
