    Ridiculous- didn't even know my branch of 26yrs had moved!! New branch- the other end- complete unsatisfactory- Had to wait for the one ( yes 1!) customer service operative to arrive- upstairs- long queue. Could hear everything tht was being said - no confidentiality. Just rubbish. Would give 0 if that was an option!!!

    My wife and I have been with Natwest all our life. Recently we had issues with one of our other banks and were very disappointed with the way they were making us go from pillar to post just to open an ISA account. We went to OUR Bank (Natwest) and Scholarstic Masuko sorted us out in 15 minutes - Thanks Masuko you were great !!

    I've been with natwest for 14 years now and I've never had an issue. They are a pleasure to deal with. The process of opening any account online is easy, and the staff have been top notch. Very professional on each occasion I've called or visited.

    When I visited, I walked past a queue near the entrance. I took the lift and went upstairs to draw out some cash from a machine and have a look around. There seems to be several open seating areas downstairs, a couple of larger group meeting areas and an accessible toilet. There's a choice of a staircase or lift access to the first floor. Smaller meeting rooms upstairs, a cash machine and paying in machine and one manned till.

    Been here a couple of times recently, long wait times (about an hour) and not enough staff - 2 people working and the rest doing sweet FA standing around. Ask how long it takes - "we don't know". Ask if I can book an appointment - "no". Ask if they can recommend a better time to come back - "we don't know". Staff member at the initial counter was rude and arrogant. The staff member who finally helped us was nice but it doesn't make up for the ridiculous and terrible "sit and wait" system. Switching banks asap.

    Apparently this branch has been moved to a new location about 1km away! No warning to regular customers! Especially the elderly who go to the previous place where NW has been for years and years to find they have a long way still to go. They also appear to have less staff!

    This branch is a joke, huge open spaces, loads of desks but minimal staff and unable to provide basic banking services. 1hr wait to make a large payment.

    One counter open. Person at counter offering products/service advice to every client. Too time consuming. Definitely open another counter if this is the intent. Too long a wait to deposit money

    Recent experiences of 2022: Burned from coin sorter malfunction, cut on sharp edge- mentioned both occasions to staff who barely acknowledged. Seen post left on the table by the door, some of which marked CONFIDENTIAL and there for anyone to take away. As others have mentioned, confidential meetings in consultation rooms are with the doors open for all to hear. Queues... dear me... Sometimes you can be waiting for an hour as the cashier is desperately trying to persuade someone to have an appointment for a mortgage that they don't want. If you speak to the manager (and in fairness with the turnover of staff, this manager might not be there now) and ask for someone to call you back over mortgage, account, whatever- forget it and go bash your head against a wall instead. As for the good points- it's easy to park outside, although they are soon to move to a new location where even that won't be possible.

    Both machines out of service, queue out to the door, they were trying to fix 1 of the machines that kept jamming, ontop of that customer in the queue with a large deposit to put in, it took about 40 mins of jamming and customers waiting, but they finally opened a counter.
