   ordered 2 hours and 40 minutes ago and food still has not arrived! my husband drove doen there for a refund after 4 phone calls to find out where our food was to find a filthy kitchen! incompetent staff whotold us on the 3rd phone call the food had been sat in a car over an hour on its way to us. The manager found it funny...my 9 year old waiting for her birthday take away did not. I highly recommend everyone avoids this place not only due to the awful customer service but also the filthy premises they are providing food from!

   I'd give 3.5 stars currently. Ordered on a Friday night. I think they are taking on more orders than they can handle as when I called after an hour, they told me they had only just started working on my order. The delivery drivers and the staff on the phone were very friendly, but I had to chase the order up twice and it took over 2 hours to come. The food was clearly freshly made; the chips had plenty of fresh seasoning and the pizza was generously topped, but it had either been rushed or left out for too long before delivery as the chips and pizza were all quite dry when they arrived which was a shame because it truly looked the part and I think it would have tasted great if not for this. The cookie dough also suffered the same fate; again, it was okay, but it was also dry and overdone rather than soft and melty. I would try this place again in the future, as I think they do appear to make quality food, but definitely collection only and maybe on a quieter night during the week.
