Went all the way down there and found out it was closed for refurbishment. No date of reopening except November. Their app didn't work either.
Visited on Wednesday for a usual browse and manage to score a couple great pieces, most notably the nirvana graphic tee, had a great conversation with Callum on self checkouts about oasis and the tambourine lore. Was a wonderful part of my day and Callum is a credit to the store, thanks again Callum!
Great choice of old and new vinyl and cds with large amount of dvds and with good choice of clothing although some are a bit expensive but alround would recommend you visit

When I entered the store, I saw what seemed to be a manager yelling at an employee. This happened in front of many customers, and the employee looked upset after it as well. I don’t think it’s right to talk to employees like that, especially in front of other colleagues and customers. That situation could’ve been handled privately and calmly. I felt bad for the employee and makes me worry about how employees might be spoken to when customers aren't there.
Sizes are a big off sometimes. No I don't want to become a h&m member thanks babes
There were no fitting rooms open, because of lack of staff! Also they didn’t remove the anti-theft plastic thing from my sweater and I tried to remove it at home because I don’t live close to the shop and could not travel the whole way back, but this thing spread some blue colour on the textile!!! Awful experience!
Nice shop. There were lots of lovely clothes but didn't purchase anything on this occasion.
If you look like a young mum and have a pushchair the security presume you're a shoplifter and follow you around staring at you in a very obvious way, And actually followed me to the exit. I find this insulting as I have never stolen and find this stereotyping and discriminating. It's the same as the staff in river island stores and QUIZ. I don't have this problem in any other stores. Staff training and better customer service skills are needed.
The escalator works so rarely you'd have saved money just installing stairs. Yet more fire risk fashion at overinflated prices. If you really want highly flammable chic pop next door to primark and stop kidding yourself.
