Ordered two kebabs, a chicken and mixed one. Only chicken on the mixed one, and none of the advertised lettuce or salad on either one of them. Very disappointing.
Been a weekly customer for years. Lately weve had 3 wrong orders delivered. Cold food.. garlic sauce with whole garlic cloves in it dry hard burgers and up to 2 hrs waits.. Phone to advise of wrong delivety and all you get is a ..ill contact the driver, not even an apology. Seems the good quality food and good manners went with the opening of the new shop. Such a shame.
Phenomenal! We get a delivery at least once every 2-3 weeks! Food is always piping hot & fresh! They have always read our notes for chef and sent our order correctly! Kids love the pizza! Kebabs are obviously cooked fresh! Curry sauce is gorgeous! We live a fair bit out, yet delivery times have been spot on
I ordered a food delivery online from Tony’s for the first time tonight at 6:35pm, the delivery was estimated at 7.20pm. At 8pm the food had still not arrived so I gave them a call to see if it was on its way. The guy on the phone said they were waiting on the delivery driver returning and that it would be leaving the shop in 5 minutes. At 8.40pm the food still had not arrived so I called again to cancel the order and request a refund. 10 minutes later the delivery driver (a pleasant lad) arrived and was very apologetic, I told him that I had cancelled the order and no longer wanted it as I was making something to eat instead. I then got a text message to say that a refund would be processed within 21 days. Something that took 2 minutes to pay for, I now have to wait 3 weeks to get back!! Over 2 hours waiting for a delivery mid week is ridiculous to be honest. If this is how bad it is on a Tuesday night, I can only imagine what it would be like on a Friday or Saturday evening. It’s safe to say that my first experience of Tony’s will also be my last. The only reason I ordered from there in the first place because Tikka Town was closed, rest assured that’s where I’ll be going to next time.
Three weeks ago went to the shop….ordered two kebabs….and one kids meal with 6 chicken nuggets….eventually my card declined….told the lady I’d be back….my sister went afterwards to pay….eventually the same lady put only one kebab and chicken nuggets meal…then I got the blame for making the wrong order although I hadn’t….then my sister had to buy another kebab….honestly I can’t handle the nonsense from the staff and will be using happy days!!!never again
Phoned ahead siad it would be 20 mins got there within a half an hour stood at the counter for 10 mins before he got to me. he said it's not ready it would be another 5 mins stood there for about another 20-25 mins before the guy at the till asked me what I ordered again so I told him and got it 5 mins later. Wrong cold pizza and a dry kabab unfortunately I will not be back
Pizzas are nice if you collect yourself. Delivery service is awful.
3 stars for an undercooked pizza- rubbery and elastic, otherwise very good. Just need to bake them longer, and this is the norm according to several other locals.. : )
Hidden gem of Ballynahinch. Great wee Pizza place. The staff are friendly and know how to make a great pizza. Great that they open at late times. Highly recommend the House special or the meat feast one of the best pizzas I've had. Looking forward to the next one I get.
