Best Chinese I’ve had and I’m from Belfast lol. Esther is always lovely on the phone and in person, a credit to the place! Food is always great too
Terrible customer sevice. Missing item from order AGAIN. Rang to complain and met with a horrible attitude from phone lady. Not helpful to customers at all. Cannot tell a customer who lives 10miniutes away 'the best you can do is replace the item or get a refund for the 1 item if you come back for it'. When it was your mistake. Will never be back.
Used to like getting from this Chinese but the last few times have been a disappointment and a waste of money. Chips are very dark and soggy, just thrown in to the box straight out of the frier. Went down hill big time.
I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN! Used to be a staple Chinese for my family and I, but in the last few months it has gone completely down hill. The prawn crackers are chewy and I’ve just taken a mouthful of peking chicken and found 5 little bits of chicken bone in it. Save your money.
Absolutely the worst Chinese I've had in 10 years, didn't know anywhere would still be using tinned beef for their curry. Rubberized mush. Avoid if possible. The Chippy down the street has much better food.
Absolutely terrible customer service !!!! The girl who took my order took it all wrong. It was delivered 45 minutes later with my husbands order and only a small container of Sweet and sour sauce for myself!!! I had ordered a half portion of Sweet and sour chicken balls with chips. When I rang for my order I got cheek from the girl on phone sayin she didn’t hear me say chicken balls. But somehow she heard Sweet and sour sauce and sent no chips for me either. Then tried to charge me £2.50 for chicken balls and would have to wait for them to be resent. When I said no she turned extremely cheeky and told me not to tell her how to do her job and do her favour and never order from them again. I told her I was extremely disappointed in the company’s customer service and had ordered before and never had a problem. When I asked for a refund for my part of th order that they never sent it became a massive deal and other people came on the phone and even got asked who was paying the £3.50 delivery charge for returning my money for my part of the order! It’s unbelieveable!! So now at 8.30 Pm dosed with the flu I’ve to heat the oven to cook some food and wait 45 mins I was told for my refund to arrive for the apparent chip that they only charged me for and never sent.
