   The best burger ever! They lady serving was so nice and helpful. I just wish seating was more comfortable as I have a bad back, but space isn't something there is alot of. But wouldnt put me off going back.

   I ordered two Hatch Burgers yesterday on my way to Belfast, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. What I received was hands down one of the worst burgers I’ve ever been served. First off, the bun was completely burnt to a crisp—so blackened it was inedible. On top of that, the presentation was dreadful. When I opened the foil, Soggy lettuce, burnt bread, greasy mess—this wasn’t food, it was an insult. For the price I paid, I expected at least a decent burger, but instead I got something that belongs in the trash, not on a plate. If this is what’s being served, then I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. A huge waste of money, time, and appetite.

   We called into the hatch and 1st thing we noticed was the disappointment on EVERYONE'S faces in the kitchen area as they were obviously close to closing time, they looked at each other and said something ( made me feel uneasy) and then we noticed the sweat on one of the fellas that was a server in the Back ( I get it, it was warm and the kitchen obviously so hot and busy) the young fella wiped the sweat off onto his arm....and his hair was dripping wet.... no hair nets on anyone making the food through the hatch either We ordered the blue burger and Korean chicken loaded fries Il be honest the burger was just ok, couldn't taste the onion jam at all, blue cheese was lovely The Korean chicken loaded fries was really nicely presented but nowhere near enough goehujang or chilli sauce and the lime and coriander mayo was minimal ( personal preference as when you got past the top there was nowhere near enough sauce for the rest of the box . The chicken was tasteless. Was a bit disappointed as seen this on social media and made the trip to order (110 mile round trip)

   Fantastic restaurant, burger was first class, absolutely packed out. Chips were superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seating area out the back is open and spacious which was well received. Paid £19 for the meal which was worth it for the quality

   Saw this Street food van featured in a BBC TV program, it looked lovely so Googled it and was delighted when I found out it was in Newcastle, co. Down. Well worth every penny, the burger was delicious.. if you are visiting Newcastle I highly recommend giving it a go.

   Food looks great in photos, no taste, waaay overpriced for a food van, long waiting time for a burger and fries. Never ordering again. I had high expectations but very disapointed.

   Absolutely love their food. Had eaten from them twice burgers are juicy and full of smokey scent. Great service and lovely people, even jumped start my car when my battery died after we have eaten the food. Definitely be back

   Burger was great. Charcoal smokey top class normally prefer bap to brioche but the bun was great too good chips £10.60 for burger box with fries and drink well worth it
