Terrible experience bread cut straight across and everything fallen out hash browns put in a bag and scrunched into a ball. Young fella an young girl terrible.
The reason for the lost stars is simple. I was asked what I wanted, so I told them... I was then asked an additional 3 times which was a little annoying and then still missed an item off my order.
Just wanted to leave a note to say that the young man Ethan who was working when else came in was super friendly and helpful and a definite asset to the store. I wish there was a proper avenue to review through the company but no details on the receipt. Anyway, hope there could be some sort of reward for how nice Ethan was! Thanks!

Bleached much? Saddened to eat here, produce clearly not fresh but 'fresh'. The meat is obviously frozen due to water content, the salad literally smells of bleach. I appreciate that they want to keep produce from turning brown but bleach is not the way to go. Fresh means that if the salad runs out, another one is cut and prepared.
Wont be back two staff having a go at one another whats bad on its own never mind they could very clearly see my 4 year old girl was sitting with me an at that my young girl could off put are food together better so most off food want in there bin an had too leave with abit off a unsettled child
Give you plenty of everything. Now that's what a call I good sandwich. Girl staff are very nice. Coffee is lovely.
Staff very friendly and service with a smile! Very patient with kids (who took ages to decide what they wanted!) and made them feel welcome and valued as customers. Loved it!
